The Eagles winning streak has come against mostly bad teams. Besides the Commanders who many believe are pretenders due to not having a win over an above .500 teams this season. Have to wonder whether or not the lack of good teams the Eagles have played over the last few weeks will catch up to them in the playoffs. When they go against offensive fire power they aren't used to facing this season.

Tomlin is a great head coach. He has brought the best out of Wilson this season. Shoot, he always brings the best out of his players.

Perhaps they will. But the point could still stand when it comes to the playoffs. Especially if the Lions continue to play like they have been all season long.

Also them getting in the habit of getting off to slow starts can hurt them against good teams if they don't fix it by the playoffs. They have been able to come back because of facing below .500 teams who didn't have the offensive fire power to put them away,

That’s because that’s when the running game takes over cause the defense is tired. This is a different team. They’re playing today though.

They could win their first playoff game depending on who they play. But have had several games where they didn't score in the first quarter, but were able to win because of playing against subpar offenses/QBs or just the team they faced not being that good overall. Them getting off to slow starts and finding ways to still win may have gotten them too comfortable. As they assume they'll always be able to do just enough to win the game if their offense doesn't get off to a fast start.

But no playoff inspiring team should want to get into the habit of their offense failing to score points in the first quarter or scoring a low amount of points in the first half. Because they'll eventually run into a good team who is going to have the offense to put them away or a team who will be too good to allow them to complete their come back attempt.

Wouldn’t be pounding my chest despite our last two wins. Burrow has had some huge games this season. He’s had a couple of 5 TD games. If he gets hot he could light us up. Our offense better get on track because if we put the game on our defense we’ll be in trouble. We almost choked the Washington game away and the Giants made some plays but kept shooting themselves in the foot with penalties.

we all too often get the other teams best if they are having a bad season

Eagles win today they will defintely finish 15-2. I dont see another team left who can beat them which makes me nauseous

They’ll lose today and one or two more. I don’t see what difference that makes for the Cowboys.
