Keep n mind they drafted the kid from Michigan 10/11th overall. Darnold was supposed to be a bridge. I'm pretty sure he'll want more than 1-2 years. They could buy a year with the franchise tag ( $38M ). That's what I would do .......

Yeah just too early to do a mock but New Orleans picking the Georgia defensive end makes sense. The kid is supposedly looks the part of a dominant defensive end.

Yeah typically these reclamation projects like Geno and Baker Mayfield....they get that big deal with that team.

Trading down into the 1st and getting Hampton is probably one of the smarter moves they can make.
