This just isn’t true. Dak had his best year ever under McCarthy. Doesn’t make dak what we want him to be or McCarthy an elite coach but it’s true

McCarthy has worked with tons of quarterbacks in his career.

Nobody can fix Dak. That's pretty obvious by now. And I'd say Rush has overachieved with McCarthy given his limited arm talent.

Lance we don’t have a sample size to really say, but Dak had his best year in 2023 and Rush couldn’t make a team before he came back to Dallas under McCarthy. He’s absolutely improved the qb room.
