The board is wiped......these are the last 2 players with first-round grades left at 12. What's the best option(s) for the Cowboys?

Just to many good RBs in this class.

Give me another position and a round 2 RB.

Skattebo and Henderson may have played themselves into round 1.

Warren all day and I like Jeanty too. As everyone else has been saying, it's much easier to find a good back later in the draft. I think Warren is one of the few blue chip prospects in this draft.

C’mon both these backs aren’t going in the 1st rd nor are they ahead of Hampton, Johnson
I don’t know where teams will have these RBs ranked.

Treyveon Henderson is Jamyr Gibbs part 2 and look how high Gibbs went.

Hes a walking homerun.

Skattebo to me looks like the next Marion Barber. He’s just an animal.

I love the RBs you mentioned too.

Jeremiah Love is a beast as well.

This class is loaded.

I don’t think Dallas is in a position to think we need what’s best for 2025.

They need to truly take BPA.

I’m a Ferguson fan but Tyler Warren you might have to take. He’s too dynamic and too much of a playmaker.

He’s a top notch blocker too.

Give me Tyler Warren and Treyveon Henderson with my first 2 picks and watch this offense improve a ton.

Yeah, I'd much rather address the defensive side of the ball with the 12th pick, but if the scenario in a vacuum is Jeanty vs. Warren, it's Warren all day.

It's also worth noting that Ferguson is in the last year of his contract in 2025. The projected rookie scale for the 12th pick is $19.8M. There's a likely chance that this will be much less than what Ferguson would command in free agency.

I think Dallas needs playmakers more than nuts and bolts.

I’ll take an edge rusher but I’m out on players that can’t make splash plays.

I want wideouts, RBs, Warren, Abdul Carter types with our first 3 picks.

Warren all day in this scenario

BUT NFL team building 101 states

1. Find a franchise QB (of course we dont have that luxury)

2. Build DL and OL

It is not complicated

This is a tough one. Pound for pound I'd take Jeanty. Better prospect at his position than Warren. But in context of the overall draft, and this one in particular that's deep at RB, it's a tough call.

I'd still go Jeanty though, because the RB has a bigger impact on the offense than TE. I know it's comparing apples to oranges, but look at what happens for an offense when you have a Saquon Barkley vs. when you have a Brock Bowers.

Many question Henderson’s durability and lack of vision, he isn’t in the same class as Gibbs was. Last year was a weak class and he would have been the best if he came out, but was being projected as a day 2 prospect.

Skat should be day 3 pick like Barber was. As a compliment very good back, but he won’t be a lead back on the next level.

I'll say it again, if you want a WR2 for this QB take Warren because he'll probably produce more with this QB. I really like Jeanty and would be happy to see him on the team, but I can say that with about 8 other RBs.

trade back; someone will want to trade up for one of them.

why are we worried about running back we know the jones do not value the running back position anymore. since elliott the cowboys have not taken a running back any higher than the fourth round. i will be surprised if the jones take jeanty at twelve. we need a passrusher and oline before running back in my opinion.

Probably Warren, because having a dominant TE is more appealing to me than a dominant RB. And he makes the run blocking better.

Plus, there are all kinds of RBs that can be had in the 2nd or 3rd round who could instantly start here.

coin flip.
they can take over a game.
i'd go jeanty.
and draft notre dame te mitch evans later on.
