Cjgj and slay were just minor in game tweaks that happen to every team every game. They missed a few snaps and then were back in. They're totally fine.

Frankly...it's not the worst idea.

Any established nfl coach with any clout wouldn't come here, knowing he'd become Jerry's servant. The only guys we'll get is Yes Men...softies that are willing to demean themselves for a job.
