I think most of us know how this is going to end. The media can throw around Deion or whoever for the next two or three weeks, but this is Kellen Moore‘s job. Kellen represents status quo and that’s what Jerry needs.

So what is your dream coaching staff with Moore at the helm? Does Zimmer or Al Harris stay on?

If KM is hired (barf ) as the HC and Zimm is not available, I can see Matt Eberfluse getting hired as the DC. He coached here and has had success as a DC when he was in Indy.
He also has HC experience and Jerry will think he can mentor KM along.

That's an interesting question......Got a feeling your gonna see a mix of all his stops in Dallas...Chargers.....Philly....and even his days in Detroit.

Some names I can see going forward.....

Offensive coordiantor- Bryan Harsin/Brent Pease
QB coach- Doug Nussmeier/ Dan Orlovsky
RB- Doug Martin/Tashard Choice
WR-Robert Prince/Matt Moore
TE-Kirby Moore
O-line- Jeff Stoutland/Scott Huff

Defensive coordinator- Pete Kwiatkowski/Matt Eberfluse

D-Line-Kenny Baker
LB- Bob Gregory/ Darian Thompson
DBs-Jimmy Lake/Al Harris

Even more so his job after Jerry signed the bank away for Dak and CeeDee. Has no choice but to bring back someone who had offensive success with his high-priced offense.

i like moore because he knows Dak, we're stuck with Dak for the next couple of years. I know he'll bring in a offensive line. Coach that zone blocks.
The Zimmer will probably stay on. I'm okay with that.

my only question with Moore is, does he have what it takes to run a disciplined unit? However, I must say the offense had a lot less penalties when he was running things, so there's that.

:hammer:I believe there will be small changes in the coaching staff but Kellen will fit in seamlessly. The Joneses don’t want any changes.

You can't hire guys for lateral moves. You can't even interview guys for lateral moves.

If KM wants a future as a serious head coach in this league, he won’t take this job.
Seriously? Mike McCarthy was out of the league, took the Dallas job, and is now being considered by at least 2 teams. HCs usually get second chances. Getting the first chance ends up being the challenge for many.

By the way, I predict McCarthy does not get another HC position.
