49ers releasing Javon Hargrave

I like how these teams sign FAs and move on swiftly if it doesn't work out or causes a cap crunch. Hargrove adds another solid DT into the FA pool, but Osa still may get the most.

You think? Do you think they let Williams walk? I think if ge is back, it would be hard for Hargraves to get snaps
Williams will get an insane contract by someone, like Hargrave did. Highly efficient 3-tech pass rushers are in more and more demand as teams realize how vital they are to success. Here he’s a rotational depth player, but on many teams he’s a starter; I don’t know if Roseman would get into a bidding war for a guy who doesn’t get 50% of defensive snaps.

Howie likes to be super deep with starting caliber players on the Oline and Dline, even if it means sacrificing talent at other positions. We will seriously consider bringing Javon back if Milton leaves, and/or draft a DT way higher than people may expect.

That actually sounds like a plan. I didn't think NFL football teams planned?

It will be interesting to see what he gets. I was very on him in 2021. The thing with him is there are some limitations like arm length that both Davis and Carter cover with their leverage ability. I do think he is an 8 figure AAV guy

Yeah

We have a guy from Texas who the coaching staff loves named Moro Ojomo; he makes me think we let Milton walk
