Maybe I'm a hopeful optimist, but from 1986-1991.... all I did was watch the Giants and Washington win Super Bowls (And Philly was even better than us) while all I was doing was sitting on my couch wondering when things will get better. It didn't take long for things to get better.

I just listened to Prince and Madonna all day long.

Maybe this is a foreshadowing of nice things to come?

That's a shame. I really enjoyed those '87-'91 Washington teams. They were THE TEAM of that time period, imo. Only the 49ers were their equals. They punked John Elway with Doug Williams lmao.
one of my favorite games was that '88 game at rfk.
coach landry's last...and his team gets the win.
irvin with 3 td's.
just recently got a program from that game.

Don't get the Chief's hate.
I believe it’s the fact they are the “dynasty“ of the era so far. Me personally, I’d rather they be the dynasty than have teams like Philly, 49ers, Packers or Steelers win SBs. At least the Chiefs have Dallas ties.

It's a team sport and they handled adversity well. That's why they are still playing.
