Well, I like the offensive coaches so far

I agree.

It's a low bar I admit, but I am already more excited for the 2025 season than I was at any point last year. Running it back with the same staff that nosedived against the Packers in the playoffs two years ago led to predictable results.

I know the front office issues remain, but the fact this team is taking a new offensive approach with Schotty and Adams should be music to all our ears.

And had we not allowed 30 vs GB in the first quarter! We had them after that! Lol
Byron Jones was supposed to be a high jumper. Just not on the play we needed him to be.

Well, I like the offensive coaches so far that have been hired. Schotty (I'm not spelling out his full name) said he wants to run the ball more and play more play action. That seems to be the direction we are going. If that's the case, I'm all for it. That has been an area that we need to be better at. Dak is better when we use the playaction, so I think the strategy that is being assembled does play to his strengths. Plus, with the way the NFC East is trending, we have to be more physical. Plus, we play the NFC North and AFC West next year. So, to have any chance, we must become more physical. So, if that's the strategy, let's do it!! :flagwave:

I just hope the defence will be more physical too. I'd love to see Eberflus bring in some nose tackle to really clog up the middle. I'm curious to see the staff on that side of the ball as it is assembled.
The D side is looking nice as well. Eberflus and the Jets Dline coach? Very nice.

I will give it to them, the HC pick was iffy but they are good at building all star assistants. Moore, DQ, and Bones before. Two of the three HC’s now. (KM most likely getting NO job btw).

Yeah, and 2 out of 3 ain't bad lol.

Same, let's see how active they are in FA and in the draft.

I agree but Dallas has to be much better vs the run. Cowboys got killed vs run.

If Bones wasn’t goofy he would get one as well! But he’s coveted. That’s the only hire so far I’m questioning is the former DC for ST’s coach. Wish we had kept Bones

Same, but it is what it is. Plus, I was making a MeatLoaf reference haha

Idve liked to retain Bones too, but new S/T was a S/T before he was DC

so 12 wins in 2021, 2022 and 2023 where bad season? No doubt 2024 sucked but acting as if Dallas has no good season? record says otherwise
Stephen, this is not the year to get by...mold a strong team. Not losing is being a coward, guy. Put it all in place and push execution focused.
