Long Island Audits never wins. He either gets go away money or his cases get dismissed. He is a vile sorry excuse for a human. He is a rable rouser who thinks that just because he carries a camera and has a youtube channel that he is a journalist. Even if he was a real journalist that wouldn't give him special rights no one else has.Agreed
He does a good job and has helped others due to his site.
Long Island Audits also has won in court many times vs those trying to violate his rights.
Phillip Turner won his law suit and it became case law in the 5th circuit.
I would imagine I could find more videos of cops violating rights than sov citizens. Now there are plenty of other idiots that are not sov citizens but idiots as well.
I can literally show you hundreds of videos of LIA getting owned by law enforcement and lawyers.Agreed

Ok u got me at real journalist. Where would I find these real journalists And is it a college degree in journalism that makes a real journalist? They certainly are not on the evening news that I can tell.Long Island Audits never wins. He either gets go away money or his cases get dismissed. He is a vile sorry excuse for a human. You will not find any real journalists at the national level anymore. Just hacks.Ok u got me at real journalist. Where would I find these real journalists And is it a college degree in journalism that makes a real journalist? They certainly are not on the evening news that I can tell.
There are real journalists but you won't find any on CNN and MsNBCOk u got me at real journalist. Where would I find these real journalists And is it a college degree in journalism that makes a real journalist? They certainly are not on the evening news that I can tell.

Cable news in general are not reliable journalist. There are real journalists but you won't find any on CNN and MsNBC
First off LIA and every other frauditor do it for one reason only. To cause trouble for clicks and views. I can give you many youtube channels ran by actual lawyers that break down the laws against what they do. LIA is the worst of them. They act tough when holding their cameras but turn into pussies when actually threatened. I can't wait for the day LIA gets his face pummeled on a sidewalk curb. You are a lens licker .You are wrong.
Off the top of my head he has won the Reyes vs City of New York that allows him to film with in the NYPD.
And getting your cases dismissed when they are trying to charge you with something...is a win no matter how you look at it.
Anyone can be a journalist. Not sure what you have against the constitution and the 1st amendment but there are five elements to it. Freedom of Press, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, the right to peaceable assemble and the right to petition the government.
It does not state and statue of what you have to do to be qualified press. You have that ability under your rights whether you wish to use it or not.
You can film in public areas of public buildings. However you are not allowed to break the law in said areas while filming. Also the person in charge of the public building can trespass someone.
Just like in the post office. They do have the right and ability to film in the post office public areas as long as they are not breaking the law. However the Postmaster General for that area has the ability to trespass them.
The SCOTUS has ruled many times that filming in public areas is not a crime. It is a right. There can be other circumstances that can be taken into account but for the most part the First gives you many rights.
Many cases have already been established that there is nothing illegal about recording police interactions. It is your first amendment right...not sure why people are so willing to give your rights away.First off LIA and every other frauditor do it for one reason only. These clowns wouldn't be doing this at all if youtube stopped paying them. Thankfully many states are passing laws to combat them like Time Place Manner laws and halo laws that keep frauditors far away from traffic stops. Washington state just passed a law saying these frauditors aren't real journalists.
They think just because they call themselves journalists that gives them special rights to go were no one else is allowed to go and stick cameras in people's faces and record private conversations. They record private documents. These frauditors aren't patriotic Americans. Most have criminal records ranging from theft to child molesters. It's just a way for cop haters to give cops a hard time.
Thankfully law enforcement and the courts are starting to shut them down.
I support recording the police. What I don't support is frauditors and cop watchers interfering with the traffic stop and refusing to back up for officer safety. That's exactly what 99% of them do.Many cases have already been established that there is nothing illegal about recording police interactions. It is your first amendment right...not sure why people are so willing to give your rights away.
Phillip Turner already has case law Turner vs Driver in the fifth circuit that establishes that it is NOT against the law to record the police. There are some few exceptions but for the most part you have the right to record. Unless you want an unchecked police state.
Nobody should be so willing and sounds like eager to give away their rights. Now if you want to give away your 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th rights...more power to you to give the powerful even more power over you.
But I did not serve in the military to give away my rights.
Yes the rights are well established.I support recording the police. What I don't support is frauditors and cop watchers interfering with the traffic stop and refusing to back up for officer safety. That's exactly what 99% of them do.
Fraditors and cop watchers always violate Turner v,Driver and are not protected by it. The police and public forum lobbies and government buildings do have the right to stop you from filming public transactions in that building.TIME PLACE MANNER.
Fruaditors alway seem to think that since they pay taxes they have free reign of any building they want to go to. Oddly enough it's frauditors and cop watchers that are getting laws passed that otherwise wouldn't be needed . Fruditors and cop watchers are a threat to constitutional rights ,not promoting them.
You simply cannot grab a camera and do whatever you want to do.
Here are some channels you need to subscribe to and educate yourself on the real frauditor movement.
Dummy Kruger
Frauditor Troll
Team Skeptic
Van Balion
Tones Overthinks It
Law Talk with Mike
Unclean Hands
Schroedinger's Cat (RIP)
The John Ligato Show (Former Marine)
Juan Gualt
Bama Mike
And there are more I can't think of right off the top of my head.
If you support these frauditors and fake cop watchers you are supporting criminals.
We had a well established 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th rights before frauditors came along. They are a threat to them. These rable rousers are NOT patriots.
Correct.Frankly, none of the Broadcast or Cable news shows are worth a bucket of warm spit
Agreed, most of the cops have zero clue about what the law actually is, quite amazing to watch how ill informed they are. Also, I have a problem with all of the overweight cops, why is that allowed and how can they possibly do their jobs well when so out of shape? You cannot chase a criminal when you are 50lbs overweight!Yes the rights are well established.
It is just sad that most police are not educated on these rights.
They think they have the right to identify you for no reason other than someone made a call. That violates the 4th. If you break no law or have no ras, than most states you are not required to ID.
If a driver is pulled over for an infraction, they have to ID. However the passenger does NOT hae to ID unless they are guilty of infraction, like not wearing a seatbelt
Problem is there are way too many cops that do not understand the laws they are trying to enforce and in doing so they are actually violation your rights and violating their own oath to the US constitution and the state constitution.
Once again, if you are breaking no laws, you are allowed to video and take pictures in public assessable areas. Time Place and manner would apply if they went into a restricted area instead of just the public. Time would be if they were inside after hours. Manner would only count if they are breaking the law.
Turner vs Driver does give a person the right to film police in the 5th. Turner was doing nothing more than filming from a public space. He was doing nothing illegal
And again, no matter how much you might not like it...the Courts have upheld the right to video the police. It does not give you a right to go into restricted areas, taped off crime areas, right up against the police. Some states have tried to pass a law that they must be 50+ feet away but that was struck down in one state.
Letting the cops do what they want to do and have complete control over people is a very dangerous mindset. Esp when many are not educated in something as simple as the First.
Many Barber colleges take longer to go through than many police academies. You also have some sheriffs being elected in that has ZERO law enforcement education or exp. I remember a friend of he family was running for county sheriff but he had no training or exp what so ever. Could not vote for him over the other person running he did have years of exp as a cop and was running for sheriff.
I support good cops. I do not support bad cops who abuse their power. Who are not educated on the law and break the law themselves.
People get way too bent out of shape if they see someone videoing in public or in public areas of a building. They are so dumb they will walk all the way over to the camera and complain they do not want to be on camera...simple, don't walk up to it. Some of these same people are already being videoed by the cameras that are all over the buildings they are in.
You are not allowed to go into restricted areas. However if you are in the lobby and it is up to the employees to not have information readily viewable to others in public areas. They have to create that privacy. Also a good deal of people and employees use Hippa as a reason not to film. They have no clue that hippa is for medical info and they are responsible for keeping that in private so nobody in a public area can see it.
Now I do not ever go cop watching, going into lobbies filming or any of that.
I might if I had issues with a department and just want it videoed for my own legal protection. I would be auditing. However I do support their rights to do so in a legal manner I support their rights to do so.
If they break the law, really break the law and not some made up thing that a mad employee or cop makes up.../than by all means, do the crime take the punishment.
Problem is when these government employees, including LEOs, do break the law and violate someone's rights..in most cases the money paid out for this comes from tax funded money
And it is not the tax payers fault for uneducated LEOS or gov employees violating someone's rights.
There are plenty, too many, citizens and politicians that do not understand what any of these amendments mean or why they even exist. People pull them out when it suits them while at the same time wanting to deny them to others. I am especially irked by the media's insistence that the first amendment is unlimited when it comes to freedom of the press, while also arguing that freedom of speech is limited. It would have been fun to read the social media posts of the founding fathers if they had such a thing in their day. But I suppose the federalist papers were their way of explaining what they were thinking. There are plenty of cops who do not understand the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th amendments.
They have qualified immunity in most cases so they enforce the laws but are not beholden to some of the same laws.
When they do get in trouble and sued, it is the city/state tax payers they foot the bill not the cop.
In some cases a cop will just resign before a official report of conduct is filed so they can just move to another department.
So yes, their are some that are like Sov cititzens even if they do not believe most of it...in many cases they are actually worse because they are hired to protect peoples rights and enforce the law instead of breaking the law and having a rules for thee not for me mentality.
Lot of really good LEOs out there. However there are a lot of bad ones out there as well and it has eroded the trust a lot of the public tax payers should have in them.
You are totally indoctrinated into the frauditor movement. Everything I said is factual. I can literally disprove all these claims you make with hundreds of videos by actual lawyers. You are easily fooled by highly edited videos. You probably donate to these clowns and send bail money to their PayPal accounts when they get arrested.Yes the rights are well established.
