Jerry is shocked that the Cowboys aren't in the Super Bowl

Jethro is feeling the heat.
Yep. And unsurprisingly he is digging his heels in, and stubbornly telling anyone who has a mic that he “knows how to win championships” and is the “best man to be the GM of the Cowboys” lol

Incredible that he is still trying to trade on the success of the dynasty days— but alas, it is all he has so it’s all he can point to. It’s pathetic and sad and a wretched way for him to wind down his time as the “emperor who has no clothes “ in Dallas

A running joke and punchline. He has singlehandedly turned this franchise into what he is: All about money, all about the image, all about “talk”, with no actual results to speak of.

It has NEVER been worse to be a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Led by the blind and arrogant into the desert of obscurity, mediocrity, and irrelevance

Anyone who watches or has anything to do with football laughs at this old fool.

He talks about Dak like he signed prime Tom Brady when in reality he signed an over-the-hill, injury prone, statue version of a QB who doesn't have the arm talent or football IQ to make up for his increased immobility.

You signed a QB that you'll be lucky ever to see play a full season again.

You hired a coach to make that talentless QB comfortable until he medically retires after he milks you for the rest of this contract.

Congrats, Jerry.
Nobody will tell him Dak ain’t the guy!!!!

I suspect our FO's main problem lies in their reluctance to part with the $$$s that it takes to be Super Bowl bound. ;)

Jerry's first and greatest love is an open mic and an interview. Of course he says stupid stuff that leave the football world and we ordinary fans either laughing at him or shaking our heads. But it does not matter to him. He is going to keep doing it as long as he has the opportunity and breath left in his lungs. It defines him. That is who he is and what he is.

This is the problem. Jerry doesn’t see that he is the problem lol
the bigger problem is nobody's telling him that he's the problem, when it's all over you'll hear stephen saying "well yeah we want to do some things differently" lol we don't believe you big steve

What a sad, pathetic and disillusioned billionaire who is so disconnected from the real NFL.
I’m incredulous at the thought of Jerry actually having the audacity to claim that the Cowboys should be playing in the Super Bowl.
You go Jerry!

He’s officially lost it. Jerry Jr and Charlotte should have Jerry and their dopey big brother committed. Adjoining rooms and access to PFN’s mock draft simulator so they can pretend they still run a football team.

I'll compare Jerry to Roseman in Philly.

Jerry will buy 1 car for 50k.
Roseman will put down 10k on five cars costing 50k each.

Both spent the same amount of money. But one got five times the amount. He's also 250k in debt going forward. Jerry doesn't like that part, he'd rather spend less while claiming he spent the same. There's also a lot of risk in how Roseman operates. Jerry don't like that either.

The Cowboys don't have Patrick Mahomes. Some risk is necessary. Paying Dak more doesn't improve the team.

He is getting dragged in all the media and by the fans— but JJ still can’t admit that there is a problem.

He talks all the time about “looking at the man in the mirror” but I don’t think he has done that ever.

If he hasn’t changed by now— it ain’t happening. All we can hope for is gets more enticed with his yacht and Johnny Walker and heads on out to pasture.

There is more chance that he will cryogenically freeze himself and rule the Cowboys from beyond his deathbed than that happening though lol

This is all about to get way worse.

As he gets older and grumpier and questioned more as this team gets progressively worse….

I just really hope he goes out in pure humiliation. Fully deserved. I don’t even care about winning. There’s no shot for that.

This team is a good 5 or 6 years for competing for any Super Bowls and I do not trust Jerry and Sons to be the ones to turn it around anyway.
I wonder when or if anyone in the Jones family will ever go to Jerry and say, ok, it’s time we take the car keys away from you!
His interviews and press conferences are just train wrecks now!
