There is no way Harmon falls out of the 1st. He probably locked himself in to the top 15 at the combine. And he has the production and tape in a big conference to back it up

Every year we hear about 45 guys that will definitely go in the first round.

I think this year there are about 60 guys who could go in the first round, but only 32 will. I expect a lot of surprises in this year's draft. We may be shocked at who falls to Dallas at 44.
