Swapping two late round picks just to kick the tires on this guy is actually a decent move.

I am hearing a lot about his lack of instincts but he's better than Damone Clark in that regard and has proven it.

Liufau-Murray-Sanborn can hold the fort until Overshown gets healthy.

That closing speed in the flat is encouraging. Paired with Overshown that would do well in protecting some of the weaker coverage areas for us.

And the Titans made him a team captain all 14 games he played last year. I don't know, maybe he's the linebacker version of Brandin Cooks, just keeps getting moved around.

Working on the D, I like it. Giving up late round picks for experienced players is good. At worst we’re getting some depth.
If you can’t be somewhat happy about the moves today, you’re just poo pooing to be poo pooing. For the record I poo poo most moves but these moves are ok.

Cowboys acquired LB Kenneth Murray from the Titans.

The “compensation” is apparently a late-round pick swap, suggesting the 26-year-old would have been released otherwise. The 2020 first-round bust of the Chargers wasn’t much better for the Titans last year, but he managed to take the field for more than 800 snaps. The Titans, of course, earned the No. 1 overall pick as the worst team in the league. Murray hasn’t looked like a starting-caliber player through what has now been a half decade in the NFL. It’s hard to believe that will change in Dallas. He is currently in the midst of a lengthy rehabilitation from wrist surgery.

This guy is no bust. 95 tackles this year, over a 100 another year.
