Nothing wrong with signing low cost veterans

...IF you sign the correct ones.

The Eagles paid 4.66M total for 2024 to OLineman Mekhi Becton.

Becton was a bust for the Jets as the 11th overall pick in theh 2020 NFL draft.
- The Jets played him at OT and were dissappointed.

The Eagles sign him and put his 360+ pound body at OG.
- He was their starting RG including 4 playoff games.
- Result: The Eagles powered their way to a Super Bowl win with a mediocre QB...
$4.66M is high cost for Stephen.

I like most of what they did, however, they needed to do more by mixing in one or two surefire starters to go with all the dumpster diving they have done.

You hug the excuse and don;t know what has been done...crybaby and hang around long enough to have your kiddie head bitten off and then peed down the nub.

The Cowboys have now signed three external free agents on the offensive line with the addition of Adeniji, joining Saahdiq Charles and Robert Jones from earlier points in the offseason. Let's hear the tears some more...

Go away, he's not done playing Cowboys and Indians yet.'s not done playing Cowboys and Indians yet.

"Go away, he's not done playing Cowboys and Indians yet."

you are cheering for the eternal losers: the indians

camp bodies and cheap depth is one thing: league minimums and one year deals for guys who will either be starting or playing lots of minutes is why this team is working on year 31 without even sniffing a Championship game, let alone a sb

Let's hear your actual discussion on who has been signed during free agency.

You don't and are a coward....that simply knows how to complain and insult despite a real discussion value added to here in free agency. So what if someone is able to run away from handle the value with an insult. So what with the annual insult barrage. You again...

Huh?

The best example of this pile of mess occurred last year. The Cowboys desperately needed a RB. Henry lives in Texas and wanted to join the team. But, the Jones thought $8m per year was too expensive for one of the best RB's in the league and brought in scrubs instead. What a huge mistake, another in a long line of mistakes that has doomed this team.

Cry to real issues. They ended up with a strong running game with a second rated passer.

GTB- you telling me there will be no 14-3 season this year?

A pessimist never earns a thing, himself.

You can't even discuss what is involved beyond a biased stereotype. As if yet another you proves anything.

Parroting!
Pessimistic? Ok… ill save this post as ive been doing it every time some nut tells me that and at the end of the season everyone is crying how bad this team and organization is.

By the way, you don’t look more intelectual by writing like an unemployed art English major.

“Parroting”.

Have you noticed this guy keeps replying to himself? Maybe a mental health professional is needed...
That and continually referring to his military career like that makes him above everybody.
I think he's a poser guys that have truly served don't have any need to shout it from the house tops everybody knows that needs to know.
And a football forum is for football

CCboy has an STD from going to AAA to see the IRS. He got an DUI to go take care off his SSN.

Stand down, do it now.

Im starting to believe this is rage bait and the original poster is bored to death. Can some mod close this ridiculous post?

This is far from being a serious discussion about the cowboys.

Get your facts straight Gomer.

It's projection. It's embedded. It's poetically smuggled into a fake existence for someone

It's making fun of trapped slaves. It's trashy. But I accept flimsy excuses of blaming a religion, parents, survival, science, greed.

Gaslight for greed

My concern, is that in Jerry's mind it makes him think that he is doing something significant in free agency, when he's not.
