Who did you take for the pick you got for trading Jake Ferguson or Luke Schoonmaker? Make it a corner and I feel better about you not addressing that position until the seventh round.

I thought it was a pretty good draft. We have corners and I didn't like the value of the ones that came up vs. what we can get on FA.

It's always tempting to take Hairston, but I already did that in one mock draft.

Just toying with various scenarios...

These are the corners we have:

Bland (All-Pro starter)
Diggs (All-Pro but out because of injury)
Elam (first-rounder traded as bust)
Carson (struggled when asked to start)
Butler (played well when asked but also may be out because of injury)
Booth (not sure why he's still here)
Goodwin (special teams only)
Pride (backup)
Hall (backup)
Luq Barcoo (who?)

Got to have three corners play regularly. With Diggs and Butler out, who you got?

He has ST value, too.

Some of you get too caught up in the round.

What round was Bland drafted in?

I expect them to sign Gilly again.

The corners will be better with better d-line.

I just don't think we can count on him for playing time. He may barely make the roster.

Some of you think we can hit on every pick.

OK. I can live with that. I still have a nickel corner concern because I'm not sure about having Elam out there, but that mitigates things a little. Maybe we can at least get by until Diggs returns.

I've had him in mock drafts taking him late because he's an intriguing prospect then. However, he's a seventh-round pick because QBs had a lot of success targeting him in 2024, he gets caught leaning and he is labored coming out of his backpedal and struggles to make up ground. He did battle plantar fasciitis throughout the season and maybe that explains his struggles, but maybe it doesn't.

Again, there's a reason players go on the third day of the draft and it isn't usually because they are expected to ever be an NFL starter. It's hoped that they will prove better than their draft value, but that's a hope that is not realized with more than 75 percent of third-day picks.

Appreciate the work, but Not a fan. As you know, I don’t see Warren as a generation te, Henderson worries me with his lack of vision, durability. Really don’t see much that impacts our defense, taking such a late corner is worrisome
 
I appreciate you jumping in the table for the prospect you love in Warren. I am the same way with the UCLA linebacker
