The Cowboys aren’t picking him. This would be comparable to taking Manziel in 2015. It would be a dumb move with all the needs we have especially at number 12. If Sanders is still on the board at 12 with the teams that need a QB, then he’s not worth it.
 
Why not if this draft is lacking talent?

Why spend a 12 on a random if there were only 4 studs in this draft and no trade down on the table?

I'm spending the pick on a reach at QB than some less valuable position.

Seems like Teams picking 8-32 are out of luck this year

I hope you’re joking. If not glad you don’t run the team. :facepalm: What’s lacking talent is the QB position.
 
It would certainly be a shot across the bow to the salute to medicrity we are trotting out there now.

Sanders will be there at 3. I don't think the Giants sign Russel Wilson and Winston if they were going to pick Sanders.

Seems like everyone is saying the overall talent is underwhelming...

If so, seems like a good time to reach at QB than reach at lesser value positions.

I'm sure there are starters at other positions, but no one seems particularly happy with thebtalent available.

That's just what we need. A mediocre and entitled QB who will only take direction from Daddy and will tell his coaches, "My Jersey's been retired! What have you done? My Dad's not gonna be happy and you'll hear from him!"

Good thing he isn't a run first QB. If you looking for a running QB draft Jalen Milroe. Shedeur has enough speed (probably just as fast if not faster than Mahomes). He ain't Deion but he has enough speed as a QB. I just don't like that he holds the ball too long and doesn't like to just throw the ball away and ends up taking sacks instead (Sounds like Dak). But then again his offensive line was pretty bad.

It’s a terrible time to reach for a QB at number 12 with all the holes we have and Dak entering the first year of a mega contract. Plus they’ll be much better players on the board at 12 than Sanders
 
Some of you must have forgot the Cowboys traded for Milton. Using a first round pick on Sanders would make Milton a wasted trade. Plus good luck trying to develop two young QBs.
