Sheduer dropping like a lead weight

clearly you have not been paying attention to the circus that is around him.
So now you claim there is some kind of conspiracy.
BS
1) he is not that big; does not have that big of an arm
2) he did not exactly blow the world apart with production
3) he has frankly been seen to be entitled and have an attitude problem
4) the pain in the *** that is Deion.

THAT is why he has not been chosen yet
Clearly you headed in the wrong direction. I simply said it's odd that a player that was acclaimed during the year by scouts, draft gurus, and the like all year......fall like this. I can understand dropping in the ranks......but not at all thus far? None of your claims impacted a Jalen Milroe (passing issues) or Dillon Gabriel (size) from being drafted or the Saints deciding on Shough. We've seen players still get drafted with pending arrest charges on the table before. So, we'll see how this plays out. Your #3 and #4 suggest there is some type of subjective conspiracy regarding the player's skill set on the field.

You asked why he is falling. I gave you some and you bring up Will Levis? Will Levis has nothing to do with why Sanders is dropping. I gave you some of the reasons. Is that objective enough?
I brought Will Levis up because we've seen players drafted high but unfortunately fail when given the keys. He is the most recent story for such. Kenny Pickett a few years ago. Let's try this for better understanding...... On the other hand, have you seen a player on many draft boards ranked relatively high go 2 days without their name being called that wasn't in a Department of Corrections jumpsuit? Can YOU name one?

Yes. Shedur Sanders. And because of the reasons listed.

My point....Sanders is the first one that I could think of......that's why I said it was odd.....funny....that it is happening. Never before, has been the case for a draftee. All this other stuff makes no difference. No personal alliance or hope to him, but this is odd......extremely odd. There's no denying that. I wish him well and good luck to Shough, Milroe, and Gabriel.

Teams will draft guys with shady pasts off the field. Teams will draft guys with on the field issues.

Sanders does have talent. But man, he must of really rubbed Teams the wrong way. I could get 5-10 Teams that could write him off. But the fact all 33 Teams let him fall to day 3. Something will get leaked after the draft

This is a tough lesson for the kid. In a way I feel bad for him. But I heard he threw a huge draft party as his house expecting to get picked in the 1st round. That must have been crushing for him.

I thought he was overrated before the draft, I thought he was about a 3rd round talent in a poor class for QBs. Some of his words and actions before the draft really hurt him. He must be a mess right now. Players have to understand that football is a team sport and when you sound like it is all about you, that will turn off a lot of teams.

Deion did him no favors either. He helped create this image of Shedeur as an entitled, egomaniac. Now it is up to Shedeur to humble himself and focus on playing football. I think he gets drafted today, early, but this has to be a huge slap in the face to him. Let's hope he learns an important lesson from this. I hope he succeeds with whatever team drafts him.

I don't think Dallas will take him after having traded for Milton, but otherwise I would be okay with taking him in the 5th if he was there and letting him sit behind Dak for a few years. I think he has more Trey Lance in him than Jayden Daniels, but maybe he develops.

I think he is also a slow reader of defenses. He has been schooled well by his dad and coaches but I see a kid with a lot of flaws and a lot of hype around him.

Sanders was never a top pick in the draft. But he's damn sure better than every QB not named Ward. There's no way that Shuck is better than Sanders. Just no way. An 80-yrd old QB whose been injured more than he's played. Dart--I get, he's got the strong arm, but he's also just not very good.

Sanders is arrogant, yes. That's off-putting, yes. He skipped the workouts, yes. So did many other first round players who got scooped up regardless. But he has been very successful in a pro style offense, and has excellent health, work ethic, intangibles, and competitive spirit. He's been raised right by his dad, he's not a wife beater or a cokehead.

If his dad wasn't Deion, he'd have been a first/second rounder. I think he will have a Kirk Cousins like career, when he does get picked.

The answers to his drop are right in front of us.

1. Overvalued by non-NFL people

2. Deion saying that "I will veto any team that we don't agree with"

3. By many accounts a horrible interview....akin to John C Reillys 30 second interview fart in "Stepbrothers" .

4. Probability of Deion going public with criticism of a team if Shadeur plays badly.

Having said that, the cream always rises to the top and if Shadeur performs well in camp and preseason games he WILL be a starter somewhere....... if not , possibly a backup

One of the worst thing a loving parent can do to their child is to not be frank and honest with them

To perpetuate a false sense of entitlement and not prepare them for the reality of the world is parenting malfeasance

Deion tried to create an athlete in his own image despite the obvious shortcomings by sheer illusion and hype and many people fell for it

This is a very bad year for QBs.
YET no one wanted him in the first three rounds.
THAT BRUTAL REALITY is something some here refuse to face

To be a successful QB, many of the traits that he has works against it.

entitlement, arrogance, etc.

And then there is the massive dead weight of his father and his antics which yu also refuse to face. all the PR HEADACHES that wait there.

this is not really surprising

This is kinda nuts considering where he was projected to go. I think it's a bit of the "Tim Tebow" effect. He's a celebrity not just a QB which creates unnecessary distraction. Just look at all the media attention he generates. He was the biggest storyline in last nights draft and he wasn't even taken. Imagine the media attention his new team is going to have to deal with........ a lot of teams are saying "no thanks" to this rookie.
Not to me. It was the media projecting him to go high. They fell for the spew. Think about it: Slow, questionable arm strength, celebrity. Dude is not a top QB prospect and never was. Deion should've married a more athletic girl.

And you're not even mentioning the biggies, poor athleticism and poor arm strength.

I didn't see the scouts gushing over him. From what I saw, they had him labeled as a 2nd/3rd round talent.

Johnny Manziel was a first round pick.

I might be more worried about the ego thing, but his father is a hard worker who succeeded at most things he tried. I figured some of that had to rub off.
His father ran a 4.2 forty.

Mercy sakes alive, why are so many of you flatout ignoring his poor physical traits? That's why he's falling, not some weird theory about....something.
