If doing something in the playoffs was the bar.. half the team would be cut. What play has diggs ever made late in the year against a good qb? He does nothing in the playoffs
look at him!but I've always wondered exactly why Parcells fired him. Could never find the why..
We don't have their GM unfortunately. The Eagles would have had him at the Star two weeks ago.
No accountability from the top on down is killing this team.On a team that’s run like an actual NFL team EVERYONE is on the crap list
And even if you aren’t theyll still act like you are because it gets RESULTS when your JOB depends on RESULTS
Funny how as soon as he got it, the effort slid back too. All of a sudden he wanted no part of tackling or any contact at all with opponents then. It was sickening to watch. Never saw such a gutless Cowboy in my 45 or so years of watching the 'Boys - making what 20 plus mill a year on top of it. Good riddance.Hated the Diggs contract the second it was signed. Lets hope Revel works out.
Your going back in time lol. What I saw in Pollard was contact balance. He wouldn't pound through guys but tacklers would just slide and bounce off of him.
Pollard was one of many players wasted here.
We sent him deep once for a 60 yard TD. And then never again. On a team that needed deep threats. This was the obvious thing to do with Pollard from the beginning. Speed, height, and he can track a ball. This was from camp. There was that video of him just blowing by Jaylon after Jaylon had gotten his straight ahead speed back. Sending Pollard deep not only works, but it puts pressure on your defensive personnel packages. Run or pass personnel to match up with Pollard? How many LBs had a prayer of keeping up with Pollard?
We're the worst.
That's from seeing him turn away from opossing players repeatedly, too scared to even try to tackle. If Diggs comes back and plays well next season all will be forgiven. His contract will be a bargain. It is amazing how everyone seems to have turned on him.
He probably told Parcells he has to check in with his Gang of 7.I like Broaddus, but I've always wondered exactly why Parcells fired him. Could never find the why..
You can't release a guy coming off surgery. Plus, his 2025 contract is fully guaranteed.Diggs isn't even going to play, he should be released.
You are so right.Seems when Diggs got paid, it was his time to shine, but nope he did the opposite...

I don't mean someone will play over him, I mean he's not going to play. He won't come back from his injury. We still need the depth at the position so it would be foolish to release him especially with all the injuries we keep having. We have to see how it plays out with Diggs this summer.
He's 10-15 lbs lighterPollard was really freaking fast, but he was also 210 lbs. He's now lost a step from his early days, but he's still a 1000 yard rusher in Tennessee because he's got some power.
Blue's 20 lbs smaller than Pollard. He's even faster than peak Pollard, but not when you adjust for his size.
Pollard also worked really hard and learned to become an excellent pass blocker, after being a zero there coming out of college. Blue is TBD there.
Pollard was never the same after they intentionally broke his ankle in San Francisco. There are some lines you just don't cross.Pollard was really freaking fast, but he was also 210 lbs. They are still mat at him for not sticking his nose in against Kittle. No one wants to look at the way that game was going and what the offense was doing or more to the point - not doing. If Diggs comes back and plays well next season all will be forgiven. His contract will be a bargain. It is amazing how everyone seems to have turned on him.
