should the team reflect his ambitions attitude, demeanor

I can’t give a better example than the Detroit Lions.

I totally believe the team was reflection. Of his brilliance.

A dude that was demoted or fired by 9 other teams before coming to Dallas.

He was made fake OC while McCarthy ran the offense last year. They didn’t even trust him enough to be a real OC.

Dallas wanted McCarthy back but he told Jerry “no thanks”.

So, in comes Schottenheimer who probably agreed to be the most not in control coach in NFL history for this job. I can’t see any other reason for his hiring.

If he left Dallas after last season no team would’ve hired him as their OC, let alone their HC. He would maybe get a job with somebody as a consultant or something. Being a nepo baby has its perks.

If anything he represents the failing up culture in Dallas.

Those demotions and terminations were just a series of misunderstandings. It took Jerry Jones to understand and appreciate Schottenheimer should have been a head coach years ago.

That's cool...I joke around a lot, so I can stomach the posters like you. Those that laugh at me wouldn't do it to my face, so it doesn't bother me. Some are regular guys, having fun like me, others are young, ignorant and immature, others are insecure and acting tough behind a keyboard makes them feel good and then those like you....aging, lonely and miserable.
