Ranking the NFC East

Based on history Eagles won’t win the division. Based on history someone will suck that we don’t expect to suck and someone will be better than we expect.

1. Cowboys
2. Eagles
3. Commanders
4. Giants

Based on what should happen?

Eagles
Cowboys
Commanders
Giants

I just am not a believer in the Commanders…
Not a believer in the Commanders? Who went to the NFC Champ game? Based on what?

But you ARE a believer in the Cowboys, who did Jack diddly. Over both NFC CG teams and the SB Winner. Based on what?

Why not just say this is what you HOPE happens

Maybe to counter what some fans do for SHOCK value, and say Cowboys will only get 5 wins.

Rico
More importantly they now have homerun hitter Rico Dowdle

Eberflus better have our defense dialed in to try to contain that baller.
Rico did well at the end of the season . I think we should have held onto him.

Commanders - 13-4
Eagles - 11-6
Cowboys - 9-8
Giants - 6-11
I can see this prediction happening. The only difference I'd add is perhaps Washington and Philly having the same record and it coming down to tie breakers for the division title.
It's tough to judge what the Cowboys will do because of the new, untested coaching staff. In all honesty, nobody in the NFL would have hired Shotty to be their HC.......except Jerry Jones.

I agree with you on that, I am not sold on the SKINS either. Lets see how they do this year without the benefit of the leagues easiest schedule like they had last year.
They did impress me in last years playoffs though by beating the LIONS to go to the NFC Championship Game after barely getting by the BUCS in the first round.
They did. Commanders are fan completely now that’s evident. I’m banking on the dreaded sophomore slump most guys have. If they don’t they very well could be fighting for the division.

Why would I hope for the Cowboys to be second place lol? I would hope they get first.

What you did last year has no bearings on what you will do this year. I explained it in my post. We went from 12 wins to 6 or 7….But like I told someone else I don’t believe in Quinn as a HC….I believe the qb sophomore year is real. If they win the division that’s good for their fans. I just didn’t see it coming.

And I never once said I had faith in the Cowboys….

While true nobody also would’ve hired Sirianni either.

2016
2021

2022

Yes, the season he threw 15 interceptions. Best season of his career. His games at Jacksonville vs the Giants on Thanksgiving @Minnesota and against the Eagles were the best Dak Prescott has ever played
And they still weren't elite.

Shame on all of you cowering to the commanders
Who's cowering? Just being realistic.

All the trends are pointed up for them & they have been actively trying to shore up the roster.

Can you make the argument that their wins in close games last year falls back to the norm this year? Sure. Can you say that QB's often have somewhat of a sophomore slump? Sure. Can you say that every year an ascending team unexpectedly takes a step back. Sure.

Am I going to bet that all those things happen to an extent that they fall below this team? No.

I don’t have any doubts about the Eagles and predict they will be the first repeat NFC East champs in, what, 20 years? But I do think that it’s going to be a closer than expected 3-way race for 2nd place. I think the Giants will sneak up on some teams, the Cowboys will be more physical/tough and maybe less injury prone. And the team formerly known as the Foreskins have the Dan Quinn factor, meaning that sooner or later Quinn will fail and disappoint. Maybe not this season…we’ll see.

1. Eagles 15-2
2. Commanders 11-6
3. Cowboys 9-8
4. Giants 8-9
If our record indeed would be 9-8 I'd rather have another rebuild year

This is the year the Eagles take a step back, and start to fade.
But I still have them as the favorites to win the east.

Washington will take a step back also. A lot of film will be dissected and Williams will be figured out, and have a small sophomore slump.

Dallas can easily take over and stay ahead of Washington, once all injured players are back. And if they stay healthy. But that goes for all teams.

What if Washington and Philly have a rash of injuries.

Giants still need a lot of help, but could improve to be competitive to be spoilers.
Who is this Williams you speak of, that will be figured out?

thats a shocker. Its amazing what you can do when you have a 2nd year QB making chump change each week.
They changed their "Culture." bahahahhahahahahahaha, I love that BS about culture.
i mean they did and it's evident. starting with dumping their toxic owner.

sure thing.... Just like it takes that incredibly talented roster in KC.... it isnt just that QB
Before that, it took a deep roster and the "Patriot way.

Washington already had a very solid roster, just like most teams in the NFL, then they struck on the qb.... sound familiar?

Except they didn’t spend much last season. They opened up the wallet for this season, though. New coach, new GM, and most important, new owner, and they go to the NFCCG in their first year.

Cowboys fans are hoping the Commanders’ last season was a fluke. Fingers crossed. It took the new organization one off season to give the team new direction. It took more than a talented rookie quarterback. And if that is what made them good, the other three NFCE teams don’t have

is there a team that was 8-9 that has a great "Culture." If so, start naming a few for me.
i'm honestly not sure what you're angling at here, or what your point is. but i don't particularly keep up with the ins and outs of most franchises. just ours, and those that are painfully obvious. don't know what 8-9 has to do with the season washington had, or the drastic overhaul of their program, but cool!

The gmen are better than most believe. The skins will fall back a bit this year. And I think someone slipped something into my Kool-aid because I absolutely can't wait to wipe the smirky smiles off the Filthydumpia igglets fans faces when we sweep them and take the division from them. You heard it here first. LOL!

Dallas 13-4
filthy 12-5
NYG 11-6
commandos 9-8
