Yes, they have done this for several years now with minority coaches. If they leave for a HC or some executive gigs that team gets a 3rd round comp pick. Started back in 2020.

Agreed it's very telling. They let their good not great DT go because they have depth and don't have to pay him huge dollars. We have no depth at DT so we have to pay our good not great DT a huge contract.

Agree, it seems we both lose starters but there’s gets a higher comp value than the ones we lose, unbelievable.
