Cowboys coach moves Micah's locker next to Daks

Wait till a disgruntled Micah unloads posts game and Dak has to suffer in silence.
Good point. That's what we see on the sideline, but I've heard Dak doesn't put up with much in the locker room. Maybe, they want Dak to keep Michahs trap shut. Coaches, can't seem to do it. Or maybe, It's nothing, but we'll run with it.

Most people can’t see both sides.

A nothing burger. This type of **** has no impact on the field lol. Is Dak going to stop getting the dear in the headlights look in big games cause his locker is next to Micah?
Is this locker move going to help Micah to stop getting dear in headlights in big games as well? Correction.... is this locker move going to help Michah to stop disappearing in big games?

Apologies for getting their big game flaws mixed up.

Even when Micah “disappears” it’s because he’s undersized and battles 300 lb linemen regularly, while opposing offenses coaches game plan for him the whole year….

Dak just throws passes to the opposite team..

Teams don’t fear Dak in any way.. they do Micah

Interesting!! They made other changes too, but I can't find the link for the other changes they made!!

Good.

They put the cancers together in the same corner. So it cant spread around too much.

I would suggest handing them a separate lockerroom. Just in case

They will when we add a running game . Nobody fears any team that’s one dimensional.

Maybe when the defense is tired of being on the field because of daks turnovers some crap may get interesting in the locker room

Opponents literally game plan towards Dak.

"Stop the run and make Dak beat you" is the game plan for 100% of the teams we play.

Hmm…surprised it took this long.

You see this type of arrangement in many facets of your day to day. Last I saw it was at a business luncheon. One table in the room was angled 90 degrees in relation to all the others and was filled by power-players. We only need look in one direction to see who our leaders are and seeing your leaders together provides a sense of comfort.

Meant to demonstrate order and stability to the rest of the room. Let’s everyone feel as if the ship isn’t aimlessly navigating without a rudder. Also, this puts the onus on Dak and Micah to dutifully fill the role they have been given.

Humans generally like to proclaim, “No one tells me what to do” yet at our basis we look for direction and leaders and thrive in environments when those things are clearly defined.

I don’t know if the Cowboys staff was insightful enough to think this thru or if they landed here by dumb luck. Regardless, it’s a subtle move but a good one.
