He won't get a third round comp contract. Those almost never happen.
It's not low risk when your ask yourself why a smart franchise like Pittsburgh dumped him. When have any of their other problem WRs worked out elsewhere?
Oh believe me, I am aware of his conduct. One, I live in Cleveland. Two, I have a lot of friends who are Steelers fans. I'm aware of the risk there. But, for a one year deal, not bad, and we still should be able to get some sort of comp pick for him if we don't resign him. I'm ok with this move.
