Yes it's way too early, but in my opinion, the Cowboys will carry 6 WRs. The following 4 are locks to make the final 53:

CeeDee
Pickens
Mingo*
Traeshon Holden**

That leads to the following having fierce camp battles for 2 more spots:

Turpin
Tolbert

Fluornoy
Brooks

*Traded 2025 4th round draft pick to get Jonathan Mingo. I think WR3 is his job to lose.

**Junior Adams coached Holden at Oregon. He has talent and the inside track as WR4 in my opinion.

I say Turpin and Tolbert get the final 2 WR spots, with Fluornoy and Brooks going to the practice squad.

Agree or disagree?

I would see if we could flip Tolbert for a 5th rounder at this point. But if they keep him:

CD
Pickens
Mingo
Tolbert
Flurnoy
Turpin

They might keep 7 And go with only 9 OL

I think Tolbert is #3 and Turpin is #4. Mingo, Campbell, Fluorny, Brooks, Holden, Cropper will be locked in a tough battle. If it's all close I wouldn't be surprised if you saw the Cowboys turn around and try to trade Mingo or poasibly even Tolbert for dt depth or later round pick.

How is Holden a lock?

My guess is Tolbert flournoy and because of ego if not performance mingo

Oh and turpin not in question imho

Think Dak likes Tolbert and would like to see him in non-rush minutes
Junior Adams is the Cowboys WR coach. Junior coached Holden at Oregon so he knows his game. Junior is a "sponsor" for Holden, as they say, from the current coaching staff.

What? Holden is a lock????
I hope he pans out but less than 50/50 he makes the 53. Certainly no lock

Lamb, Pickens, Turpin for sure.

Mingo, Tolbert are probably locks as well. The last spot to Flornoy or Campbell. With Flournoy probably more likely. Brooks will be on the outside.
But any of those 3 could slide in there. Or 2 of them them if Mingo does not show anything, or possibly Tolbert.

They could keep 7, as they had in the past.

agree?
How can an undrafted FA WR be a lock to make the team?

Junior Adams coached him when he was at Oregon. I'm guessing that will give him an edge.

And, I'd argue he's just as good as Fluornoy and Brooks already.

Turpin should be automatic just based on Kick Returns, he isn’t going anywhere.

We invested draft picks on the other two and they have some NFL experience. Holden wasn’t even good enough to be drafted so he’ll clearly have to outplay his competition.

How can anybody see Mingo in front of Tolbert? Tolbert has seven touchdowns last season and 610 yards. Mingo has 585 yards and zero touchdowns together in three seasons. He has done nothing in this league so far. In my opinion Mingo is a cut candidate at the end of training camp.

Yeah, Tolbert is WR3.
