DeMarvion Overshown needs to take all the time that he needs. No need to rush it. 2 blown knees is bad. Truly hope his knees hold up for several years. He's got so much talent to offer the Cowboys, plus he's a lifelong Cowboys fan at heart. Pray his knees fully recover and he can perform for the Cowboys sooner or later.

I think he's great too but so was Sean Lee whose career was blown up by injuries. Overshown is on that road.

I love the guy and hope for the best, not sure if it is just me but neither of the videos showed me much.

He had a terrible injury, love to see him back, but I am not sure we can count on him this year.

Not really looking forward to all the posts updating his progress. When and if he gets back on the field he’s an injury waiting to happen. If he doesn’t get on the field this season I’m giving up on him. Don’t see how he can miss two full seasons in three years with serious knee injuries and become a solid player.

As long as we don't have to go over the pathology of drop foot I'm ok.

What I find encouraging is it looks like he is taking his rehab seriously and working to heal and get back on the football field. Attitude is 50% of his recovery.

But it is May and he is doing knee bends, not even deep knee bends. He has a long way to go. No one is rooting for him to make a comeback more than me, but he looks llke he still has money months left before he is ready.

Overshown, when healthy is one of those guys you just love to watch play football. I hope he makes it back quickly.

He was easily the best linebacker we’ve had in the past 7-8 years last season.

Good to know. Hope he is a go for TC. I still think they start him on PUP doing sideline work. But that is ok, work him in slowly. Give the other LB's the reps.
If he is ready to go, I don't see them playing him in any PS games.

Is it even remotely possible for him to be ready for TC? That injury was pretty late in the season

If we could get a NT, my excitement for the season may change if he's a go

Not even remotely possible, he had a terrible knee injury torn ACL, MCL, and PCL and had the surgery in December. The question is will he ever be the same player again odds are about 50/50 according to NFL stats.
