Three? He is just starting the new contract….make that four years leftonly 3 years left![]()
Based on salary + endorsements. He makes more than enough endorsement money but he still insisted on being the highest paid player in the NFL. Brock Purdy just agreed to a deal which pays him & million per year less than Dak. Unlike Dan he has been to the Super Bowl. he also drafted and outplayed Dan in the playoffs.
give it time.Dak is not signed past 40 years old.
That's all I got.
Kylian Mbappe at 90M is a bloody bargain. And the most overpaid professional athlete on the planet.
There is no defense that can drag a spare like Dak over the finish line.It is what it is. Put up with it for another 2-3 years and hope the defense turns into a real unit that is somewhat qb proof

The thing is, it wouldn't matter if the offense had the 1985 Bears defense if they continued to struggle and failed to put points on the board. The offense HAS to do their part (notice I said 'offense', not just Dak). There is no defense that can drag a spare like Dak over the finish line.
The problem is that the offense goes as Dak does. In the niners playoff game before Pollard got injured the offense was largely keyed off him and the moment he went down you saw the drastic change because then it required that Dak shoulder more of the responsibility of operating the offense. Saw the same thing in that GB trashing. The thing is, it wouldn't matter if the offense had the 1985 Bears defense and they continued to struggle and failed to put points on the board. The defense can't be expected to consistently hold every team to 10 points or less so that the offense has a chance to succeed. But unfortunately, that's what the Dak homers want.

Yes Alice and it will be handed to you by Santa Clause.and two super bowls... .
He aint lucky.Just lends weight to the old adage: Better to be lucky than good.

It's this FO continued mistakes. One of the poorest ever front office mis evaluations on a player's performance ceiling and corresponding contract.(s)
So hard to support that position when ya know no matter what personnel support or coaching, his play will never yield a trophy.
A decade and counting of a QB's purgatory nightmare holding an entire team back from ever advancing in the post season.
His tenure can't end soon enough.
.....pocket watching at it's finest..welp, another Dak bashing thread. I dare anyone to say something positive.
Exactly.........this is far from a Dak issue. He simply took advantage of what was already here, and frankly, I don't blame him. It's this FO continued mistakes.
It's Dak now.
It was Romo before that.
And cast of other players and coaches who have come and gone.
After Dak there will be a John Doe and he will fail as well as long as Jonses own this team.
