I heard Milton stared down the receiver, ending in an easy INT by Clark.https://www.dallascowboys.com/news/pic-6-takeaways-from-final-cowboys-ota-practice
I will add this also. Check out the 6 pics slide show. They give some tidbits from practice.
Read the info on pic #3 about Joe Milton. He had a good day. Had better accuracy. Completed 7 of 8 passes, some long throws. His incompletion was an INT by Damon Clark.
Sam Williams' problem (lack of playing time previously) has been the idiot D-Coordinators we previously had.Sam Williams looks the part and his stats are amazing considering the number of snaps he has played. I guess the question is why has he seen so little playing time when he was healthy? is it maturity or is he just dumb. This is a make or break year for him I think.
I am not sold on Tolbert. He needs to show me.
Damone Clark has been a disappointment after his rookie season. If Eberflus can get him over the hump that would be a big bonus for Dallas.
Links?I heard Milton stared down the receiver, ending in an easy INT by Clark.
I also heard Will Grier had a better pass completions percentage with 0 turnovers.
as we saw with Garrett that Culture can get you only so far ,Scheme is also important. If the Cowboys come out flat in September this “culture” thing is gonna blow back bad in their faces
Some decent pics and updates, enjoy Zoners.
Culture is inportant. It’s the correct approach. I just don’t know if it can be done with Jerry. But if it blows black it won’t be becaus it was a bad move.If the Cowboys come out flat in September this “culture” thing is gonna blow back bad in their faces
Can't provide at this time brother. I saw it on one of the Cowboys shows on YouTube. Someone present said Joe Milton stared down the receiver and made it easy for Damone Clark to step in front for a Pick-6.Links?
Milton just needs to be a guy that can get the ball to our 2 playmakers if Dakota goes down again. I have to believe he has more upside than Cooper did and having a backup Qb that can run for yards is a must.https://www.dallascowboys.com/news/pic-6-takeaways-from-final-cowboys-ota-practice

I actually read it on here someone posted it….or maybe it was X. That’s where I read the Milton tidbit. Can't provide at this time brother. I saw it on one of the Cowboys shows on YouTube. Depth at the time, he is a bit one dimensional , and there was some undisciplined play. Him and Fowler were similar players, and at that time they weren't going to give Williams snaps over Fowler.Sam Williams looks the part and his stats are amazing considering the number of snaps he has played. I guess the question is why has he seen so little playing time when he was healthy? is it maturity or is he just dumb. This is a make or break year for him I think.

Sometimes moving guys around and having them play other positions is a good sign for them making the roster and giving some position flex. Other times it can be a bad sign meaning a guy isn't going to make it in his current position. In Thomas' case it's way too early to think either of those is being discussed. It's OTAs. He may not even do it in camp. Personally, I expect him to make the 53 and hope he actually plays more in passing situations because Wilson needs to get off the field on 3rd downs, but even though I really like him as a cover safety, he did not look at all like a slot corner to me.https://www.dallascowboys.com/news/...025-amidst-cb-concerns-i-can-play-in-any-spot
This guy in the OP video says Thomas is fighting for a roster spot.
According to this article, he seems fine and is ready to go. He will make the 53. He has shown he can make plays.
Yeah, but who is going to touch us at ping pong?If the Cowboys come out flat in September this “culture” thing is gonna blow back bad in their faces
I don't believe it can be done with Jerry. I've said it millions of times, I truly believe that the 2021, 2022, and 2023 Cowboys won despite Jerry Jones.Culture is inportant. It’s the correct approach. I just don’t know if it can be done with Jerry. But if it blows black it won’t be becaus it was a bad move.
Micah plays like 80-90% of the snaps at one DE spot. It was only Sam Williams' second year in 2023 and he was fighting with Tank, Armstrong, Golston (also played some DT) and Fowler for snaps at the other spot. Still, he played more snaps that season than Fowler did and Fowler moved on to Washington and had over 10 sacks (12th in the entire NFL) last year. Williams was going to have a much bigger role last year before his injury in what was only going to be his 3rd season. But, we are going to rotate a lot again so don't expect any of these guys other than Micah to have a ton of snaps.Sam Williams looks the part and his stats are amazing considering the number of snaps he has played. I guess the question is why has he seen so little playing time when he was healthy? is it maturity or is he just dumb. This is a make or break year for him I think.
