Updates and bits

I'll never understand why those who are skeptical start off commenting on the information that was posted while those who are not skeptical focus on the comments from those who are skeptical. Whether you are positive about the direction of the team or negative, can't we all just focus on what was said in the article?

I've said before that I don't think that culture is as important as some make it out to be. A team like Philly can struggle like it did in 2023 and it be blamed on the culture (in-fighting) and then win the Super Bowl the next year and be praised for the culture, with mostly the same players. Players tend to buy into the culture when things are going well. When things are going poorly, players who hate to lose get upset and express it.

That doesn't mean culture isn't important. I just think it's an easy target for blame when a team struggles. Oh, it must be the culture. Last year for our team, I would say it was mainly the injuries.

I’m saying he’s a fan of the team he’s Moore positive about the team then negative so why would he find another team when he likes the team? Makes no sense.
He’s a fan of the team?

He left the team when things got hard last season.

People like you and me stuck it out.

Fans don’t quit when they realize the team is going to have a bad year and all of the nonsense they spewed before the season telling others how silly they were for not believing in this team.

What the hell is an “actual fan” is that like a woman saying you are a “real man?”
There are some on here who think an actual fan is:
1) Somebody who supports the team, positively, no matter what.

while there are those of us,
2) Somebody who want the team to improve, because you expect the most and best for that you love, and if there is something wrong with the team we want it to get fixed and will point it out.

lmao...you just have to chime in, huh? Are you bored?
By definition, being a fan means sharing excitable elements. I guess unless involved with a direct Lombardi, that is just excuse to put down for someone else to proclaim excitement ... you label huh? Every one who has been around since Reality opened out site, recognizes their being insulted and made fun of instead!!!

I never knew bragging of a developed sense of missing ethics, myself. I try to discuss directions of real change...

See ya'

The Cowboys are better and right now, from last season and there again is direction. No, not negative only.

Name an actual example of your suggested labeling system...you disagree with all that presents as positive.

By all means support fix, although.

You ever notice how the cult leaders of any cult are allowed to break the rules?

previous post on this site, recently, I said the last time I was really positive about the direction of this team, was 2016. I almost bought into 2023 as well, but well then we faced a good team and it fell apart. Think back in 2023 I got the runner up trophy some are so proud of in predicting which games we win and lose. Wish we had that thread last year.

I have done well in those despite missing weeks in season. I predicted 10 wins the last four seasons. Last year injuries killed opportunities ... they have changed now.

Forged in fire does reflect in players although. There still is plenty of talent on the roster.

I'm glad the old head coach got replaced. I wish we would've got a more worthy replacement. I hope the cowboys do well.
This staff is a strong one. Give this head coach room to lead HIS players. That is leadership. Not just replacing with another Bill Parcells. What did that do for Miami with Jimmy Johnson?

I didn’t stop supporting the team. I just stopped supporting the team here at CZ because it’s so toxic here. You’re one of the posters responsible for the toxicity. Be proud hater.

:) I really didn't keep track, but I am sure I know the answer to this one. Did Jerrah let this coach bring in his own staff?

You are still receiving fan support and proudly here as well... :starspin:

Jerry allows his Head to lead his own calvary charges..

and this Head Coach isn't coming in blind:

Schottenheimer has checked every box he's needed to before playing a game, and he knows that at the end of the day, the job he and his staff do will be judged by wins and losses. But in his mind, the relationships the coaches are building with their players, and that the players build with one another, are indeed intentional because that cohesive atmosphere can be the difference maker during difficult periods.
