A reminder that Dak Prescott is the longest tenured starting QB in the NFL

The word "Hate" is used in the context of this Message Board. So do not play dumb. You are a Hater. Now with that Strawman out of the way

Rush being a Jag or not Good was never the argument. The argument was always about the fact that the Cowboys team assembled could and did win without Dak. This argument included the Cap savings would also improve the team across the board

Having been proven wrong you and your ilk chose to demean Rush's accomplishments and denounce Him as a legitimate Cowboys QB in order to elevate Dak's importance
Oh I'm a "hater" of Rush. Ok well thank goodness he's a Raven now.......

Proven wrong on what exactly? The team won in spite of Rush not because of him. You can't be serious?

Why are you so pro Rush? What am I missing?

What exactly do you think the Cowboys would do with those "cap savings"?

Bold> That is true. It is why every football game never ends up looking like a MASH unit.

However, you acknowledge there was a chance. I do not have any reason to counter Jones thinking differently. That he may, in fact, have thought the exact same thing as you do.

Of course, that would underscore his public statements for protecting Romo. Again, what he said was contradictory to what Romo was allowed to do that game.
Thing is that was a different team than Romo usually had. Loaded. Plus Romo finally healed himself instead of playing hurt. I have given dak credit for that.

A limited rookie did pretty good with that team imagine a healthy veteran Romo.
But...Jerry's new pet...

Romo did better than Jerry thought. Double down Jerry wasn't gonna have that.

Any way you look at it....very odd. And look at how many times Jerry sat dak since.

One of the biggest haters here. I know of at least three. Not just rush but good Cowboys fans too.

Hate is hate. You can see it when it's being done.

When did I ever "hate" Rush? Because I said he wasn't good and he's a JAG?

The hill you guys die on is weird. You dying on a backup QB hill? Crazy....
Says one of the guys that screamed tank the season now everytime dak went out. And yet coop came out with a winning record on it.

We all have our hills to die on. Yours is hating the backup that didn't do as bad as you hoped for.

Imagine someone thinking Rush is good enough to "hate" because he "won" in Dallas while also bolstering the worst quarterbacked game I've ever witnessed.

Worst game I've seen my life....
Well the Ravens wouldn't have picked him up as a backup if he was all that bad. That's usually a smart team that makes good decisions. Rush is what most of us have been saying on here, a good backup qb.

First off I didn't make an argument....I made a statement....

Secondly....you might want to sit this one out. You can speak for yourself but not for others.....receipts are a *****.....

"Dak ain't coming back.

Learn how to spell Raiders backwards."

"I think Jerry telling CD that Dak isn't going to be signed is what got the deal done."

This one is my favorite this poster doubled down on stupid lol....

Hi, I’m from Monday morning after Week 1.

Spoiler Alert:

The Cowboys lose to the Browns and Dak still don’t have a deal.

So yeah sit this one out.
Dak should not be on this team and any other team with a competent GM would have been rid of him by now. But the Cowboys have Jerry so posters like you can claim the Moral Victory of Dak being the Highest and longest tenured QB

So first it was "no one ever said those things"....I show proof then you decide to co-sign them lol.....great lol...I'm gonna let you lie and do your victory lap. At this point its all you have and it beats seeing you brag about how good Cooper Rush is.

I can't explain why the Ravens did what they did. Not for that money anyway. I'd rather have Milton honestly....

But let's go with your description he's good backup which I mean i'd agree. Probably what? A top 40 or 50 quarterback? The conversation is not what these guys were doing. They were saying things like he made Dak expendable and we won games because of him. And if you don't agree with those claims you are a "hater".

well if you go back and find one of Leebar's treads about that, you see me  on it.

More like:

If He keeps having 4k plus yards (he won't) His minions will have ammunition to torment Cowboy Fans. He is anointed on Hopium & Who Else yha gonna start . . . Only to do what Dak do, which is what all the Sober Cowboy Fans already knew would happen
Post of your life lol lol

WHO ELSE YOU GONNA start, I was so tired of hearing that, as if there's no other QB on earth who could play QB for the cowboys

Dak is an All Pro. Teams don’t let All Pro’s guy the following season at quarterback.
He's NOT an all-pro. He's a runner-up for the all-pro team. 2nd team all-pro...from nearly 2 years ago. And Aaron Rodgers WAS an MVP QB. Is he that after the achillees? Dak after the torn hamstring just trying to overachieve and throw accurately? No.

Rodgers was last mvp in 2021……

NFL has two All Pro teams…..

First team
Second team

First team means you were the best player at your position

Second team means you were the second best player at that position.

You are confused but that’s ok that’s what we are here for.

Do you believe He would have reached it last year?
I do. Dak had roughly 2,000 (1,978) passing yards last year when he suffered the season-ending hamstring injury halfway through the season. I do believe Dak would have easily passed for 4k+ yards last year had he not gotten injured.
