Mina has Dak 8

His haters have been right about him being a loser for a decade.

Like it or not. The haters are right.

He can be ranked by some random reporter wherever. It doesn’t matter. At the end of his career he will retire a loser unless he gets a ring as a back up somewhere.
When Dak leads the Cowboys to a conference championship game this year, make sure you go back to your Eagles boards for good and stay there.

Who said we were happy? Not sure why you think other Cowboys fans don't want to win a championship.
My point still stands, the fact that his critics are only left critiquing his postseason play says far he has come.
Not at all.

I don't recall anyone claiming he would be out of the league within a year or two after playing behind the best offensive line in the league which made him look far better than he actually is.

The real point here is how many people do not appreciate or accept how many good teams he has played on.

The front office has pumped countless resources into the offense coupled with the modern day rules allowing for stat padding quarterbacks like Prescott and Cousins.

He has also had a couple of good defenses especially in terms of getting turnovers and giving him more possessions to butcher.

I would love him to play a season or two for another team where the truth would be undeniable. I doubt he could even perform like Baker Mayfield has done for the Bucks.

I think the most comical take from the Tad Prescott's on here was how they asserted that his contract would look like a bargain within a year...Josh Allen (league MVP) and Purdy have subsequently taken less despite what the brotherhood might think...that really hasn't worked out well at all given Prescott is still the highest paid player in NFL history!

All of our QBs since Aikman have been losers, not just Dak. Dak pisses the likes of you more, because he was smart enough to maximize his worth and smart enough to take Jerry's money. He's smart enough to know that he doesn't owe fans anything, because fan turn on athletes at a blink of an eye. Micah is gonna do the same, they see the hate, homers are just positive, loyal fans that wanna enjoy the game, but haters, stick out like a turd in a punch bowl. Too bad we can't just flush those turds away. They keep fermenting and getting stinkier. With that thought, have a good weekend, buddy....don't get flushed, we need guys like you to crap all over our team and keep us grounded. Appreciate your efforts.

Imagine being a bigger fan of players getting paid than players winning rings.

Where did you get lost, Ranch? When did you stop caring about winning?

That's the same as just about everyone else in the Brady-Mahomes era. Who do we have right now in the league? Mahomes, Stafford, Hurts? A-Rod, Flacco, Wilson I guess, as the winners. Everyone else is a loser. Until they aren't. So 26 out of 32 teams have losers as their QB. And 3 of the other 6, nobody really wants. It's a tough gig.

What a horrible way to look at it.

Jerry probably thinks about it this way too. That’s why he doesn’t even try.

Winning isn’t easy and only 1 team can win every year, so why try?

There’s more losers than winners, so why try?

Dak over Dallas fans can be happy that he “won” by getting paid.

Actual Cowboys fans bar is still winning championships regardless of w
Anyone putting a quarterback with a Superbowl ring (Jalen Hurts) below Dak Prescott in their quarterback ranking clearly has no credibility.

Hurts has put up impressive performances in two Superbowls and he has a ring. Dak hasn't even played in an NFC Championship game and his playoff performances have been below average in his last three games the Cowboys lost.

We can all have opinions but objectively Dak Prescott cannot be ranked as a better quarterback than Jalen Hurts. It simply does not make any sense with reality. Some claim that if Prescott played for the Eagles he would have the same success as Hurts - do people not understand that Prescott is immobile and Hurts being a mobile QB is key to making their offense work?
You do realize if Dak was the Eagles QB that they would change their offense. By your logic Brady or Peyton or Marino wouldn't succeed in Philly with those receivers, that O-Line and that RB and that Defense. Seeing as they weren't mobile.

So you must hate the goat Tom Brady?

He accepted way less money so teams could assemble a stronger roster to provide a better chance of winning Superbowls.

Nobody cares what players earn but with something called a salary cap there's only so much to go around. Anyone with self awareness in Dak Prescott's position wouldn't have hung out for a max contract over 4 years on two occasions if their ultimate goal was winning a Superbowl especially given his lack of talent compared with his peers. I think a lot of other quarterbacks would have taken a little less on longer term contracts allowing for it to be spread over many seasons.

It's cool he wants to get paid as much as he can and winning a Superbowl isn't a priority - similar to a lot of players. But I'm not one to praise him for it!

I personally prefer players who are willing to take a little less to give the team a better chance of winning a Superbowl. Ironically, you can put Aaron Rodgers in this category despite what some may think of him.

Dak has always cared more about what the Cowboys can do for him over what he can do for the Cowboys.

And his fans love him for it.

What are you talking about. You said Dak is a loser because he hasn't won. And I agreed with you. Just pointed just about everyone else is too.

Purdy has played for arguably the best offensive mind in the league.
BTW....he struggled w/o Deebo
As far as Dak being the highest paid player ..........his critics are wasting their time with this one coz EVERYONE AGREES he's overpaid.

But...Dak Prescott can't throw the ball like Peyton Manning or Tom Brady! 49ers filled the box to stop the run and dared Dak Prescott to beat them twice in the play offs and yep...he came up short. He couldn't help the offense to score 20 points which would have been sufficient to beat the 49ers in the 2nd play off encounter.

The Chiefs dared Hurts to beat them with his arm and the Eagles put up 35 and 40+ points in two Superbowls.

I don't rate Purdy as a top 10 quarterback. He's similar to Prescott in my estimatation.

But the point is a quarterback who has played in two Superbowls and outplayed Dak in an NFC Championship game just accepted far less than Dak Prescott a year after the latter got paid.
