Mina has Dak 8

All the Mina Kimes debate aside... Is #8 in the league supposed to be brag-worthy or not? Very bottom of the top 25% of the league?

Is that really worthy of a victory lap?
I don’t think anyone was gloating….but after a injury plagued season I personally could see people putting him at 13 or 14.

If I have the 8th best qb I should be a playoff team.

Well good do that on your fantasy football team and when you're playing mad and you could choose Burroughs by here it's Prescott you have no choice love him or hate him, we got about a two year window and that is it there's nothing you can do that's going to change anything by fantasizing about who you might pick and by the way Joe Burrow has not elevated his team and he's had one of the best offensive skill sets in the league since he's been a rookie..

This just proves and I'm not arguing he is a great quarterback that you need a team to win championships and his defense and some other parts of his team didn't show up when it matters you have to have a great team and Joe Burrows himself has not elevated his tea because he's had weapons he has had no excuse you can talk about his offensive line and blah blah blah he's had a better room on average the last three or four years in Prescott has had both ownership groups are questionable both do odd things with contracts but Joe Burrows himself has not been Superman he has not carried his team to a ring and don't tell me about his close encounter with a ring that doesn't count he's been in the league a while now and he's had not won a ring.

By the way I hear this weird philosophy going around they're saying that if a great quarterback in his original setting the team he was drafted by doesn't win a championship by year five it may never happen.... He's officially on the clock..lol ..
*** are you mumbling about? Nevermind. Don't answer. I've lost my "Blueblood70 to human" translation book.

I don't rate Purdy as a top 10 quarterback. He's similar to Prescott in my estimatation.

But the point is a quarterback who has played in two Superbowls and outplayed Dak in an NFC Championship game just accepted far less than Dak Prescott a year after the latter got paid.
Purdy was overpaid.

Imagine being a bigger fan of players getting paid than players winning rings.

Where did you get lost, Ranch? When did you stop caring about winning?
I know how players get used up and spit out, personally...I lived it. I do have the players back. You wouldn't understand, you're just a spoiled ignorant fan, like your cult.

No I wouldn’t understand.

Because winning is what matters to me.

At least you admit you’re player over team unlike the other Dak over Dallas fans.

So you must hate the goat Tom Brady?

He accepted way less money so teams could assemble a stronger roster to provide a better chance of winning Superbowls.

Nobody cares what players earn but with something called a salary cap there's only so much to go around. Anyone with self awareness in Dak Prescott's position wouldn't have hung out for a max contract over 4 years on two occasions if their ultimate goal was winning a Superbowl especially given his lack of talent compared with his peers. I think a lot of other quarterbacks would have taken a little less on longer term contracts allowing for it to be spread over many seasons.

It's cool he wants to get paid as much as he can and winning a Superbowl isn't a priority - similar to a lot of players. But I'm not one to praise him for it!

I personally prefer players who are willing to take a little less to give the team a better chance of winning a Superbowl. Ironically, you can put Aaron Rodgers in this category despite what some may think of him.
Its his choice....he was married to a woman that made more than him. I dont judge how anyone chooses to negotiate. I just dont care, what they do. I do find it funny when fans think it's so easy. Me, I made and continue to make as much as I can....I don't need it, but it felt great to pay for my daughter education, wedding and gift her a new car and home on the golf course at a country club. I dont begrudge any man maximizing his worth.
