exactly what I expect them to say.....every player on every team should say the same thing. the goal is superbowl and we are going to make it. any players saying anything differently should be kicked off the team.

This should be the consistent, stated mindset of every executive, coach, player and employee of this franchise.

Every discussion among them should include this statement. Every choice, decision and action should be based on achieving this one and only goal.

The only distinction that every Cowboys player should want is Super Bowl champion.

Not only that, if they see teammates slacking or making rookie mistakes when they shouldn't, they should come down hard on those teammates. The coaches should too. Conversely, if a player is struggling, they should ALL pitch him to help that player figure things out and get back right mentally.

It SHOULD be a tight-knit brotherhood that don't accept anything less than excellence from each other, but also lift each other up when things go wrong.
