News: Fish/Skip: Jerry quoted saying he offered Micah almost $200M guranteed

No one is good enough to turn down $200 million dollars guaranteed. If this is true, Micah needs a CAT scan.
As a matter of principle he should turn it down if Jerry isn’t negotiating through his agent.

Saw it the other day
.guessing it was 5 years. But you'd think micah would've took that if so.. maybe there is something more going on huh???..
Micah is a greedy nucklehead! The guy lied 9 months ago about not wanting top overall record pay. Instead, that is exactly what he wants. Micah doesn't care about the team or any teammates. Micah is all and only about Micah! For Jerry to admit he guaranteed Micah $200 million, wow, at 5 years that equals to $40 mil guaranteed/year. At 6 years that equals to $33.33 mil guaranteed/year. That's a lot of money guaranteed either way, so why has Micah refused to accept that? Because he is a super greedy and selfish player!

Anyone know if this guy is legit? I haven't seen it from another source as of now

For the sake of comparison, if this is actually legit …

With a four year extension (‘25-‘29), the AAV will be 41m. 125m guaranteed. He will be 30 at the end.

Garrett signed a four year extension (‘25-‘30) at 40m aav and 123m guaranteed. No trade clause included. He will be 35 at the end.

Watt signed a three year extension (‘25-‘28) at 41m aav and 108m guaranteed. ‘28 has no guaranteed $$$. He will be 34 at the end.

Jerry didn’t guarantee 200m. You don’t really believe that do you? He misspoke, as Jerry often does. He likely meant total value.

What are you talking about?

Jerry hasn't picked up the phone. There is no offer from Jerry for Micah to reject.

Might be a four-year for him, but if the front office is talking about guaranteeing $200 million, it probably wants six. Micah's agent won't want to commit to six years because that may push him past his ability to get that next big one.
he will not take anything more than 4 and will try for three

...what Parsons agent wants, leaves no buffer room for next year. IF they want to retain anyone.

I wonder how KC and Philly make it work?
They make tough moves as soon as they make up their minds. The second highest paid interior defensive lineman is Williams, with New England. He was great with the Eagles last season. Was tremendous in the Super Bowl. And the Eagles could not afford to re-sign him.

Now they have to figure out how to be as good without him. That’s how the NFL works. Figure what you want to do and do it. Not Jerry. He can’t figure out what he wants to do and just like to talk about stuff. He’s a mindless twit. Philly isn’t getting back to the Super Bowl, but Dallas will be lucky to win five games.

TJ Watt and Garrett are at 41 and 40 mil per so I’d expect Parsons to receive more.

Players dont want longer contracts cause they know Cap keeps going up and top salary now might not be top 10 in 3 or 4 years.

I’d bet 180-200 for 4 years gets it done . That 45-50 mil per year.

40 mil per year isn’t going to get it done.
He simply isn’t worth that money.

So 5 years 40 mil per, which is expected to be around his value...so why didn't he call his agent and get the deal done? I don't believe anything that comes out of this scumbags mouth.
so why did tee higgins fire this agent last year?

Hopefully, that would be at least six years. Myles Garrett got $160 million over 4 years, with $123 million guaranteed.
That's the sticking point, Jerry Jones wants 5 years, Parsons and his agent want 4 years, and notice that Jerry Jones said ALMOST 200 MILLION

You want people to take you seriously when you end your statement with, "but Dallas will be lucky to win five games."???
