Note: Cowboys wanted to be more disciplined in terms of penalties. They averaged 7.11 penalties per game last season. They had 8 in the first half.

He did the right thing. Take the 3 points since they get the KO to open the 2nd half. Preseason or not, still need to make the right coaching decisions. Don’t always need to gamble.
