Same agency as Dak

And Tyler Smith, Pickens, Eze, Murray, Hooker, Fowler, Guyton, Carson and Clark.
WRONG

Even if he dealt with David before at this point it's a broken relationship and that's all that matters right now stay in the now but you're wrong they still have very different Agents a hundred percent different I don't see where you can't look it up on Google. He Higgins fired this guy because he didn't like this stuff But some guys like Parsons maybe he likes it I don't know but you're wrong in this particular case I just showed you the proof below read it weep and let's move on but again even if he's dealt with David in the past he doesn't like him now and that's all that matters right now it's a broken relationship and that's all it needs to be said Jerry's the owner jerry's handing out the big money He's controlling this for the next three years let's just sit down and let it happen the way it's gonna happen.....

Micah Parsons' agent is David Mulugheta, who works with Athletes First. The company, which was founded in 2001, is based in Southern California, but also has offices in New York City, Gainesville, Austin and Atlanta.

Dak Prescott is represented by CAA Sports, a major sports agency, and his agent is Todd France. Prescott switched to CAA Sports in 2018, joining Todd France from his previous agency, ProSource Sports, to leverage the agency's power for his future contract negotiations.

Key Details
  • Agency: Creative Artists Agency (CAA Sports)

  • Agent: Todd France

  • History: Prescott switched from ProSource Sports's Jeff Guerriero to CAA Sports in 2018.

  • Reason for Switch: Prescott chose CAA to gain additional bargaining leverage for a new deal with the Dallas Cowboys.

So again what did being the 3rd youngest team in the league do for the cowboys? How important was it?

Or is it like I said that other factors are far more important and who is youngest right now is pretty meaningless.

All I was arguing is that being 3rd youngest is kind of meaningless without evaluating a lot more about the team than just their average age.
Well….well let me say this. If you think them winning 12 games 3 years straight is meaningless then I’d say it wasn’t important. And that’s not a shot I know the ultimate goal is to win a SB so I get it. I get if you’re not first your last. But winning 12 games a year is impressive. Especially factoring in I believe our GM is incompetent and should’ve been fired 28 years ago….and our head coach should’ve never been hired.

I don't think it's that. Parsons is present, up front and center the entire time. Zeke was in Cabo. The hold in puts more attention on you than the hold out. Everyone sees you. The hold out with 2 years left is no different than 1 year left. Has zero impact.

Zeke was also a huge part of the offensive success. When our defense collapsed, Parsons didn't do anything to make it any better. When Sean Lee went down, our D collapsed. Our D collapses now with Parsons.
How is holding out with 2 years left no different than with 1 year left? A lot of people thought we could make a good run that year, what if zeke really held out for the entire season? By that comparison, I guess there’s no difference in holding out your rookie year, or 2nd year to holding out your 4th or 5th year. They should just all refuse to play until they get a guaranteed contract for the amount of years and money they want after 4 year and put in a no tag clause.

Dak
Micah
Smith
Guyton
Murray
Hooker
Fowler
Eze
Pickens
Carson
Clark

All have the same agency

Like we have heard several times Jerry and Stephen say its not about the money its about the character and the leader ship if your going to make that kind of money. he's on a 24m contract now, show your leader ship and play put the team on your back and next year he's getting almost 50m. he's not seeing long game here. Not sure if its him or the agent. I agree if he switched agents this might get done pretty quickly. the up yours comment from a agent is not cool. now i dont know what was said to make him get that heated but takes to to tango in these things and neither side seem to want to dance.
Agree,

both sides have been act like toddlers and it's become broken, he doesn't like the agent ,even if he's dealt with him in the past ,

Jerry feels like he has a good relationship with Parsons and Dave is getting in the way, It's not that he's an agent, it's that he doesn't like him, and that's it it might be time to switch agents.

Or its time to tell agent to stop the antics, it's time to step up and come to practice Friday, try to bury the hatchet ,as they say, just get back on good terms, and in good standing and Jerry will hand him the world...

jerry likes loyalty he feels like David changed everything that they worked up until that point and while they have a right as an agency to do that,

I just think they just don't get along enough to make this happen ,and that means Parsons has to move it forward, fire the agent or tell the agent to stop and that he wants to break the stalemate, and show Jerry he's loyal and serious and I bet he gets his money pretty quick...

I

And Micah is being greedy?? Lol

Its the amount of Salary Cap he would take up. Jerry could afford to pay him the moon. Jerry could afford to pay any player in the league at any price. But there is a Salary Cap stopping that from happening.

Should sign a few more guards while they're at it.... who needs d tackles..?

Saw that and that's hilarious what exactly do they sing in this guy that they can't get out of somebody new like Clark or Zion I mean I just rather see new blood in here We're not short safety is not on the practice squad and not on the field so I don't get it...

This is is this Will Mcclay in love with this guy or Jerry I bet it's Will because he's the one scouring the waiver wires and the practice squads and all that stuff jerry's not doing that he has a list but it's just crazy how this guy just came back out of the blue..

Let’s all hope, but just remember, the guys like Childress, Hall, Houston, and Winfrey all played a lot in preseason because the guys ahead of them were not playing, and they all looked good against 2nd and 3rd teamers and guys who are now on the street. Like Childress, the minute there’s a guy available with more upside, they are gone. I’m hoping Winfrey can produce against first team OLs.

A team full of DEs and WRs. Adding to areas of strength instead of patching up weak areas.
He's actually more of a safety in my opinion I don't remember what he did here but I'm almost positive he was used as a hybrid safety linebacker type not a defensive end or a wide receiver.... I mean he may have been used as a defensive end but I look at him as a outside linebacker that can rush the passer but not really a true pure defensive end... My that's just my opinion though but I realize he's listed at that from where he's been running around but... .

I never said winning 12 games 3 straight years was meaningless.

I’m saying being 3rd youngest by itself is a meaningless stat. There are way more important factors to take into consideration. It doesn’t guarantee any future success.

Micah said in his Lil timelne he wanted too but was told to wait and see what other des got first.

Just a thought
You’re right, he did actually say that.

Obviously I can’t stand Jerry, but he isn’t 100% wrong here. Micah waffled on this publicly. If he could wait it out to let the market increase, then Jerry can use the rules that are in place to control him.

If we were on the verge of a winning season and every game mattered, this would be much more of an issue, but that’s not happening. Sorry, but it isn’t, and I don’t get off on being right. Ain’t about that at all.

Jerry probably figured he isn’t beating Philly in that spot with or without him, and also thinks the middle spot on the bingo card is there vs NY, so he will deal with it in week three as Micah misses a mil and a half a week. Let’s see on that one.

I'm not really looking for anyone to "stand out". Parsons did...sorta...and look where that got us.

Looking for our d-line to work as a team. Work hard and stay on your assignments. If this guy can help do that....all in!

He's not your usual UFL scrub. He actually had/has talent, and showed it in college. His issues were off field problems.

But that said, he's not really a 1T where they've been trying him.
What are you talking about some really good players have come from there we've got Aubrey and Turpin and Butler now him that's pretty good list I don't see scrubs that's what you're trying to do, Use that like a farm system Find the players that have maybe missed their mark or got a second chance in that league and bring them back to the NFL..

Well maybe that's great for practice.

NOT EVEN CLOSE....

I don't remember Ezekiel Elliott demanding a trade, I don't remember him having an agent that Jerry absolutely has disdain for and hates, I don't remember Ezekiel Elliott putting this many things out in public with social media, I don't remember Ezekiel Elliott faking injuries....

Has more to do with the posturing and the things going on from both sides but Parsons and his agent everyone knew they were faking an injury and now it gets cleared by the MRI and he wants a 3rd opinion trying to find someone to tell him that he's really hurt, so he can not play......

That's just downright bad character, this agent is giving truly bad advice, look you take this as far as you can and I understand why he held out just like Ezekiel Elliott but at some point you have to come back in, You're under contract ,You have a fully guaranteed contract, you need to let the fans down or your teammates down by faking an injury to a point where now you're have filed something about how your status is ,they're taking this further than anything that's ever happened in Dallas...

And at first, I'm trying to stay neutral,

but if he doesn't play game one and he keeps playing these games with the fake injuries and whatnot that I'm going to have to move over to the Cowboy side and say this is the agent and player that just are not going to negotiate they're not going to come to the middle you know sometimes you have to make to affect some concessions...

You don't negotiate by saying this is all we're going to accept and then do everything that's happened, and I realized Jerry has created a large part of this drama but the 2/3 that are pushing this this far are starting to make fans now... Who didn't have a side or maybe they were on Parsons side maybe changing their minds...

This is by far different than any other issues with contracts and holdouts that Dallas has ever experienced,

I mean Emmitt Smith said he didn't have a contract and Jerry said he did one says it was canceled out but he claimed he didn't have a deal so this is different plus there wasn't social media back then it never got this ugly Plus Jerry didn't mind that agent people keep forgetting this is more about the agent than it is Parsons that advice and just horrible tactics this is why T Higgins fired him and immediately got a new deal with a new agent...

So, take a side, but whatever it is that's happening here, if it doesn't get resolved and he keeps pushing it with the fake injuries just to get out of playing and you know playing for the contract that he and his agent agreed upon,

It's fully guaranteed, and Jerry has paid people after they've gotten hurt look you held out you tried your best but it's time to suit up practice and get ready for the Eagles or some of us are just not going to care anymore whether you're on the team or not....

Starting to get to that point ,I wanted to be Switzerland and state neutral but the stuff that's happened since yesterday with the Mris and now the grievances being filed this has gone way too far...

I guarantee ,if I was Parsons agent I would say we took this too far now we're going to go the other direction we're going to make Jerry look bad because we're going to show up suit up and come to practice we're going to play game one in game two and I'm betting Jerry sits there and goes well now I have to pay him right now and a deal gets done right away...

Someone has to break the stare down and right now Jerry has more leverage he owns his rights for three more seasons He's the one doling out the money and I know Jerry will pay him because he's paid everyone..

So, I think it's the player and agent that needs to end this, and Jerry being loyal and seeing that loyalty and effort will turn around and give them what they want..
Bad character, lol? I don’t remember Micah getting suspended, I don’t care if Jerry likes Micah’s agent or not, I don’t remember Micah pulling up a girls shirt at a public parade, I don’t remember Micah being kicked out of a club in Vegas for trying to attack a DJ, I don’t remember Micah cold cocking a DJ in Dallas, I don’t remember Micah taking himself out of games, I don’t remember Micah flying to another country and not even being around his teammates during pre season games and practices.

I agree faking an injury is bad character but to use that as a comparison of Micah against zeke is laughable. I’d still take Micah.

As far as Micah’s agent, who cares if Jerry doesn’t like him? If sounds like Jerry has a history of trying to negotiate with players and not their agents and ten agents rightfully got pissed off, it was slimy move on jerry’s part of trying to take advantage of the player and the agent and now the agent and micah ate playing hardball with jerry. You reap what you .sow
