The most surprising thing to me was how much I saw Toia out there. He held his own much of the time. I have high hopes for him.

Bottom line is Saquan is a beast of a player, probably in my top 5 backs of all-time for me.

I think we have a good group that just needs time to gel together. They were starting to get into the groove in the second half.

It was just too little too late.

Pickens penalty, Lambs drops, and Sanders fumble cost us the game.

We actually had a few chances to win this one. Just didn't come through.

I expect Schotty to get back to discipline and working on basic fundamentals like catching the ball.

Saquon top 5 back of all time? Do you remember the end of his time with the Giants? Mostly ineffective.

Barry Sanders played behind a terrible OL also and tore defenses up even with that.

He’s certainly very talented, but notice when Dickerson started to be compromised last night how his effectiveness went way down.

Eagles tried to run out the clock multiple times and the defense kept on making stops and giving the ball back to their offense. This was a huge improvement.

Yep because I remember last year we couldn’t even stop run plays we knew were run plays.

Mostly I agree with your thoughts. Who doesn't want to win but we showed up.

I remember his 2000 yds last season. He’s an elite RB when healthy

I'm not taking anything from last nights game. The next game will be telling to me. I think everybody played terrible last night and that was expected.

Maybe in the 2nd half. Philly had the ball 3 times in the first half and drive the field for a TD all 3 times.

Both defense struggled in the 1st half, not just the Cowboys and flipped in the 2nd half where just 3 points were scored after adjustments.

That was before any adjustments. Matt wanted to rush 4 and drop everybody and it killed us the first half

I agree Saquon is not top 5 at this point. But the oft repeated nonsense about Barry having a terrible OL is complete BS.

BIGGEST THING I didn't see guys get blown off the ball, the one Td run I think it was they did push us back in unison

Offense comes out strong first half to support the struggling defense. Defense starts getting it together 2nd half and offense is nowhere to be found. Typical frustrating Boys game.
