What kind of impact will Micah have on this game?

I think many are wrong to think Micah hates the Cowboys and Jerry. Micah got what he wanted, $47M/year or whatever and traded to a contender. Jerry allowed that to happen. Jerry didn’t have to trade Parsons. Jerry could have made Parsons play out the contract.

I don’t think Micah has any extra motivation against the Cowboys. Micah wanted to leave.
