What does You All think of Jerry's rebuilding plan so far?

Give it a few more years. If he doesn't do anything stupid and make trades with those extra 1st round picks.

My fear is he will think they are a player away from turning this season around and trade a 1st for some player that will need a new contract the next year. And then over pay, again.
 
:rolleyes: rebuild. Why sign Dak if we are trying to rebuild. By the time the reclamation project is complete he will be in the league for 12 years. Best to do a better job in drafting and cutting/trading some of these high salaries/players, if the plan is to rebuild.
 
This rebuilding thing is something that's taken on a life of its own and people are just repeating. There is ZERO indication they are rebuilding. The LAST thing you would do in a rebuild is re-sign Dak to a mega deal. It's not a rebuild.... it's year 1 of a 4 year spiral as Dak closes out his career.

Thats what worries me. They've been rebuilding the past 2 years now and its going nowhere.
The fact that he thinks this is a playoff team shows why he cant be trusted to rebuild the team.

The influx of talent has not equaled the amount of talent that has been traded or left by free agency.

If they arent rebuilding then they have done a terrible job putting this team together

They've done a bad job drafting the past few years and signed no one in free agency.

And what is wrong with some of y'all he never said he was rebuilding,

first of all, when they got rid of Parsons was like about three weeks ago, that 1st round picks are still out there, He's can't truly use those right now ,we got a lot of injuries we had a bunch of new coaches this is a new team and we're only three games in but hey let's point this out...

Packers lost to a bad Browns team, and Parsons had no sacks..


Weren't the Texans supposed to be good because they've never been good, I thought they were on their way up what is their record how's that rebuilding process going 0-3,

Remember when they were supposed to be the new Texas team that all our fans were going to jump ship and they were going to be Texans fans,

what's going on over there Oh that's right they haven't won a damn game, and our fans are here being sarcastic and complaining three games in without giving it a true chance that money and those drop picks will be utilized but you can't do it overnight.

Let me get this straight, they were never rebuilding ,this team retools it ,doesn't rebuild ,you don't rebuild ,when you have a veteran QB with 2 year window, a guy like Tyler Smith, A guy like CD Lamb on offense ,along with some very young and up and coming who are by the way hurt now offensive lineman, you're not rebuilding...

They went out and got George Pickens as a good number two just in case something like this happened now, he's at number one for a few weeks they signed Williams to be the running back everybody laughed at them he's been running really good this not rebuilding in any way...

the run game looks actually pretty good right ,now they're stopping the run they went completely the opposite, and now they can't stop the pass ,

The team's still developing while we're watching throughout the year get over it..

Three games in it's all over with I remember we were three and five in 2018 and what happened do you need to be reminded we went 10 and six went to the second round of the playoffs A lot of you said the same things you wanted Garrett fired and the only bad thing that happened is he got a new deal...

But I remember Petridge Farms remembers, we started out three and 5 and ended up in the second round of the Freaking playoffs...

Why don't we wait until we're mathematically eliminated from the playoffs truly look horrible and the seasons officially over to start calling out these sarcastic ridiculous posts I hope you feel better because I do thanks for letting me rant all over you venting sure feels good doesn't it..lmao.
 
I cannot think of 1 player this rebuilding is front and centre with, and is performing. Guyton, a bit better maybe? Everybody is hurt or on IR. We won't know any of this until when...? Talk to me in 2 years, and let's hope the pieces fall in place, and they hit on the next 2 drafts

What do you mean people don't like it You guys are insane that's what you are three games into a season not even 4 weeks removed from getting Parsons getting a couple 1st round picks and getting extra money on the salary cap which we can't really use right now But already this is supposed to be a rebuilding year no it's not nobody said they were rebuilding what they said is they thought it could to make the team better long term Literally we need to let the season play out before we spell the whole thing of failure but I'm glad three games in you called this rebuilding nobody rebuilds with a veteran quarterback..

You all don't even know what rebuilding means you would have to tear it down and start over you don't do that when you just handed your quarterback and your receiver top money in the league and then you make sure Tyler Smith is signed and the offensive line is young and getting better And then he brought in George Pickens to make sure your offense was better and it's working It's slow process but the run game was improved even though everybody said it was a 32 run room in the league and they were really wrong because Williams is actually really good he may not be elite he's not a top 5 guy who cares it is actually working.

So let me reiterate you don't rebuild when you start resigning guys and you know you have about a two year window with your veteran quarterback 3 at the most that's just retooling what he did with Parsons is get more money and get draft picks that they will use in the future in the next offseason but right now we still have a full season to play 14 more games and you guys have always say it's it's over right now you made up your mind...

Wonder what the other winless teams are the teams that are one and two are feeling the same way or our fan base just delusional and clueless and just likes to be drama queens you guys are too dramatic overreacting and if it's a failed season we'll know that at the end of it but it never was rebuilding...

All they did was change the coaching staff & a few new players that's not rebuilding the Parsons trade literally was for the long term future of this team We'll see the dividends of that in about two to three years that's not rebuilding that's retooling how many times do I need to say it to you say it out loud it never was a rebuild but you guys are way too soon...

In about three years when it was supposed to start when you don't have a veteran quarterback under a big deal and you signed your veteran receiver and your veteran left guard and you signed your tight end and you brought over Pickens you traded Parsons just for the future of the team not for this year it never was rebuilding...

That will be open for debate later this is called retooling all he did is change the coaching staff sign a few players to make sure they were at least on track to have a good season and it's still not over...

The irony here is how many winless teams that are in the league and how many 1 and two teams are in the league and have their fan base jump ship already I doubt it only our fan base makes wholesale chains after three weeks and calling it over..

Started 3 and 5 in 2018 it ended up ten and six and in the second round of the playoffs it's not over until it's actually mathematically over...
