What a memory. I was there with my father for that game. Forever a cowboy fan from their first season on.

It was still a pretty terrible team but coaching will win games you should not

People like to forget how disadvantaged Dallas was at the start: no draft and the talent pool was very difficult as the AFL started up the same time. That team our first year might have been the worst in NFL history from the talent standpoint

It's got a good beat, but you can't dance to it. My baby sis watched soul train and American bandstand religiously.

Listening to us old timers grouse about youngins today reminds me of how the old folks groused about my generation.
