Cowboys, Vikings, and 49ers prove injuries don't always equal doom

Its not about Schotty.

Every decision goes through JJ. Does Jerry want to turn it around? We dont know yet. Until that moment, business as usual. Keep the team mediocre but keep the Empire rolling.

I mean 49'rs and Vikes have won 4 and 3 games

We won 2 ........... vs Giants and Jets

Do not know if we have really proven anything yet.

thats not true.

we ve proven we have accepted mediocrity as the new SB winning culture.

instead of championships and banners, we flaunt stats in other fans faces. moral victories and the all might "IN YOUR FACE" retorts.

In Cowboys fans defense ......... with Jerry in charge you gotta find new definitions of "winning"

Vikings beat the Bears, Bengals (with Jake Browning) and Browns (Dillon Gabriels' first start). Not exactly murderers row.

49ers beat Seahawks (Pre injuries hitting), Saints, Cardinals, Rams (massive win).

All teams playing well. But maybe 1 impressive win out of 8 combined

Look, I am just happy the offense is moving the ball.

So many years the offense went complete braindead if Tyron Smith missed a game.

Now this I agree with ....... seems like we are taking more shots in the last 2 games.

Essentially Der Schottenheimer is playing with house money.

1. Jerry gives HCs long landing strip.
2. Expectations were at a long time low
3. Addition of Pickens is huge.

And one of the most important things is that MMs offense was so antiquated and vanilla that even just a few tweaks has made it look complex and it has been different for DCs to gameplan against.

This has nothing to do with injuries and coaching.

Better coaching staffs clearly cope better.

AND by pure accident the boys have managed to assemble some backups especially OL that have stepped up
Yeah, I was actually OK with not drafting an interior OL early despite Martin's retirement because I thought we had three potential replacements (Hoffman, Bass and Richards). Thomas has been a pleasant surprise, but it was needed with Richards' play falling off this year.

Turns out all the depth was needed, too, because who knew we'd have four linemen out at the same time.

I know Dak critics don't want to hear it but Dak is making the OLINE look better than it actually is on pass plays. If you watch the all22 Dak's been getting the ball out just as the OL gets beat. There were several plays vs Jets and GB where multiple OLinemen were getting beat quickly yet Dak was able to beat the rush.

Injuries have been a disaster for Baltimore this year.

It depends upon lots of variables.
