There's a rumor right now the Cowboys are working to close a deal with Quinnen Williams isn't he one of the defensive tackles we wanted from the Jets...

Maybe Jerry can trade a draft pick some how for a team to surrender 2 wins and take 2 of our losses.

Otherwise we are not making the playoffs,
even if he traded all of our draft picks for the next 3 years.

It’s not hard whatsoever. I even even dictated these sentences to you with talk to text. All you have to say is “period” at the end of your sentences and the talk to text will put a “.”

Because he was getting outplayed by rookies in practice so they are willing to bet on the upside of rookies versus the established veteran who is likely not going to get any better. For what its worth he is awful in coverage so TEs are about to feast.

He's a moron. But the fact is we have only bad options, mostly because of him, so we should take the best one available. And trading ANY pick for some scrub to play in a pointless season or two ain't it.

If the ONLY defense in the NFL benched you then I am not sure he is an upgrade. The Bengals are a more extreme version of the Cowboys (elite offense trash defense) and he was benched and is being given away.

This argument is basically saying "they are already playing bad so putting me in could be an upgrade" (spoiler it would not be).

Logan was the starter. Pretty sure once the season was over, GM decided to move forward with younger player development, insuring a high draft pick. That is what smart GM's do when their starting QB goes down early for the season.

Basically the opposite of what we did.

For poor play. I said it before. He was getting outplayed by rookies on the worst defense in the league. Its why they gave him away for effectively nothing

with Overshown returning, Q Williams in the middle.. hmm that should help a bit..

Still like them to pick up a safety the free agent Simmons that's still out there kind of a hybrid linebacker safety I mean we could use one of those I mean that would really help a lot guys coming back off IR these two trades they may not salvage the season but at least it gives us a snapshot of next year we get a 8 game audition..:popcorn:

Much appreciated…I knew the answer but was sure the person who keeps harping on his benching didn’t.

Basically what you said…they drafted 2 LB’s in this past draft. Once the season got out of hand, they decided to give the rookies a shot to see what they have. He wasn’t benched because he was beaten out. He was benched because of a youth movement.

If you believe their boards, after his demotion, he asked what he needs to do moving forward and got no real response. Supposedly that led to his trade request.

I admittedly don’t know a ton about him. Maybe he works out…maybe not. But their fan boards say he is their best LB and they feel the team did him wrong.
