Fowler: the 3-6 Bengals had a compelling case to move Trey Hendrickson. Teams I spoke to believed Cincinnati wanted a second-rounder for him. Dallas, which pursued Hendrickson, considered that steep.

Graziano: I honestly don't blame the Cowboys, especially once the price for the less-accomplished Phillips turned out to be a third-round pick.
Graziano: I heard that at one point, the Cowboys were talking to the Jets about a deal that would have sent Dallas both Williams brothers -- Quinnen and linebacker Quincy Williams. But that didn't work out, and the Cowboys pivoted to former Bengals linebacker Logan Wilson.
• A couple of people wondered, in the wake of the Quinnen Williams deal, how Dallas planned to use all three of its defensive tackles. The Cowboys have Williams now along with Osa Odighizuwa, who signed a lucrative long-term deal with them in the offseason, and Kenny Clark, who they got from the Packers in the Micah Parsons trade. What I'm told is that the Cowboys will play all three when they use five down linemen, will rotate them when they're in four-down-linemen sets and that Williams will play on passing downs with the other two rotating in alongside him.


Of course maybe not 100% official for prices, but interesting we were after Williams brother as well, and the price for Hendrickson may of been a 2nd round pick.

Quincy Williams will be a UFA this offseason. That would've been cool to get both the Williams bros, hard to believe adding Mazi didn't get that deal done.

One LB to commit and other as hybrid. Hybrid helping the secondary.

Dolphins screwed up not getting rid of Chubb and Minkah.

Dallas should try playing 12 defensive linemen. The 5 yard penalty would be better than the current yardage gained per play by the offense.

LOL. Belt is insane.

I like Williams. But him and Wilson don't turn a 3-5-1 team into a 5-2 team down the stretch. You still have a coordinator problem who is gonna still play a ton of zone and watch his defense get shredded through the air.
