Broncos sign OT Geron Christian off Cowboys practice squad

2018: 3rd round, 74th overall pick of Washington. Been around the league since then. 9 teams!

Washington Commanders / Football Team (2018–2020)
Houston Texans (2021)
Kansas City Chiefs (2022)
Miami Dolphins (2022)
Houston Texans (2023)
Cleveland Browns (2023)
Tennessee Titans (2024)*
Los Angeles Rams (2024)
Cleveland Browns (2024)
Dallas Cowboys (2025)*
Denver Broncos (2025–present)
* Offseason and/or practice squad member only

Dallas needs another tackle on the practice squad now. Current backups are Nate Thomas and a banged up rookie Ajani Cornelius. Not much experience there.

You're right. I forgot about him since the Cowboys played him at guard against the Jets.
I think we're trying to give Thomas every snap we can at the tackle spots to see if he can be the future there when the starters are out. We know what Adeniji can do and know he's just a versatile backup.

He looked decent in the preseason at LT.

His belly looked like a lady expecting triplets...

Cowboys are so stacked, people are literately signing people off our practice squad ;) No excuse for not getting to superbowl now!
Dallas is a weird team. People leave and have a lot of success

Tank, Collins, Woods, Awuzie, Lewis, Rico, McGovern, Schultz, Armstrong etc.

If these Bozo’s don’t realize Nate Thomas is our best Tackle on the team screw them!!!

We have talent but we don't build with Depth in mind. Not sure another team would find a contributor from our practice squad though.

We are known for finding good offensive linemen so not a bad idea by Denver. Who is good at drafting safeties? Maybe we can pick up one of their practice squad players. ;)
Steelers recently cut Juan Thornhill who we liked in the 2019 NFL draft...We almost took him in the 2nd round.

Never heard of him but he's hanging around the league a long time! Good for him! Now he's with a winner.
I never heard of him either till 3 minutes ago. If Big dog Cowboy didn’t list his teams and history I would have thought he was a rookie or UDFA. I’m glad he’s had such a long career. How much do practice squad players make? And does practice squad guys count against the cap? Those questions just popped in my mind. I’m already over losing Christian.
