21 point comeback ties the franchise record for greatest in Cowboys history. And with any hopes of remaining in contention for playoffs on the line arguably the greatest win in several years.

This team has some fight left in it. After digging a hole with multiple turnovers early it was feeling like it was over at 21-0.

Defense shut down the Egirls after early in 2nd second quarter to hang on. Even after a very questionable 4th down failed attempt at the goal line where Cowboys chose not to take the lead with a chip shot FG with about 3 minutes left .

Fortunately defense made one more great stop to allow Dak to finish off a comeback for the ages.

Avoiding falling to 4-6-1 and basically all but ending the season the Cowboys have their first consecutive wins this season. And a win against the SB Chumps provides the confidence needed for this brutal schedule upcoming to stay alive and in contention for a playoff spot.

Chiefs and Lions both look beatable .

I’d say we need 5 wins out the last 6 games to make playoffs.

Probably too much to ask for but at least we have life for a couple more weeks .
Yes, all I ask for at this point is to extend the season a bit longer. Then we go one week at a time.

Today they just made Thanksgiving interesting. Ill take it.

Right . A loss today and we’d just be another win for KC trying to save their season.

Now they better be ready. Shouid be a great game . We could definitely win.

So wonderful to still have some meaningful football left. What a win today !!!!

We cut out the mistakes and dumb penalties and stop going for it on 4th down when not normal and it is very doable and not too much to ask. :starspin:

Yep, that's all any fan can ask for right now, is for the Cowboys to have a meaningful game on Thanksgiving. Philly gifted us that...because their OC decided to not run the ball. And they had an uncharacteristic 14 penalties.

But, this may all be over in 2 weeks, if the Cowboys can't beat the Chiefs and Lions, two extremely tough tests. Mahomes by himself is a matchup nightmare, but the Lions in Detroit against that efficient offense (ripe for beating a Cowboys standard zone), on a Thursday night...that's just a nightmare scenario for the Cowboys.

Nevertheless, next up, Mahomes, Andy Reid, and Spags. Eberful and Shotty better find a way to start the game more effectively on BOTH sides of the ball. Need to get in Mahomes' head early, or it could be a longggg game.

I didn't mind the call.. CD really should have caught that.

Mind you.. I would have been running the ball in the first place..
I agree . Lamb has to make the catch and play calling was questionable.

But you have to walk away with lead.

Before the trades I would say the next 2 games are blowout losses.

Philly executes their offense at a high level and we clamped down on them.

I've seen plenty of KC and DET games and we can definitely keep up with both. Rice will be an issue vs KC and their defense has a solid front 7. Spags is a good DC and Dak will be pressured ALOT.

Gibbs will be a challenge when we face DET. I see where pushing that A gap gives them problems. They almost lost to the Giants today. Giants beat themselves again in the end with a TO.

I think it's possible to lose 2, but with our schedule, not looking bright. If i get to cherry pick the loss let it be against the Chiefs.

They were able to win partly because of the mistakes that the birdy made during the second half. I know we all part to credit the team for what they did in the second half, but we must remember that there are multiple reasons that the boys won this game.

Chiefs needed OT to beat the Colts in Arrowhead.
Lions needed OT to beat the Giants at Ford Field.
Vikings blown out at home and drop to 4-7
Chargers just got waxed 35-6 by Jacksonville
Washington is 3-8
Giants are 2-10

I'm sorry, but I just dont see the murders row that so many do here. We only have 1 remaining road game against a team with a winning record (Detroit). We should be favored in at least 4 of these games last 6 games.

Winning 5 of these is more than doable and that puts us at 10-6-1, should be good enough for wildcard. Why? There are not going to be seven 10-win teams in the NFC, so it would be impossible to win 10 and not get in.
