Pickens is embarrassing the Steelers

DK was overrated…yeah he big and fast, but that’s it. Trading for him and signing him while trading Pickens…..mistake.
Oh the Steelers know about Pick talent........but he was a high-maintenance player from day one but tolerated it coz his talent, hoping he would grow out it before his next contract. There was just too there for them to trust him with a long-term deal. Very similar to how TO behavior/intangibles turned off several teams. TO's mouth was his devil .......Picken is immature and goofy but you can tell he's not a bad person.

Yet they signed Metcalf who also came with a lot of baggage.

This needed it's own thread.

At this point the Cowboys probably need to seriously think about trading Lamb than allowing Pickens to walk away. Lamb for some reason appears to be losing his 1# receiver status with all the insane dropped passes or the passes that are slipping through his hands. That pass in the 4th quarter that would have put the Boys up by a TD that hit him in the gut was fing mind boggling, it should have never hit the ground!!!!!

This is stupid. Look at Justin Jefferson right now? He is basically Pickens in his first years with the steelers. I dont care who the wr is. If you have a crappy qb, you are nothing more than an avg wr. Pickens had crap at qb his entire career.
jefferson is still on pace for 1200 yds and nearly 100 catches, what are you talking about? besides that it has nothing to do with the premise of the thread. you stay acting like you’re the only source of credible insight lol.

It will cost the Steelers a play off birth. Ridiculous decision their end and only receiving a third!

The Cowboys gave up a 3rd and a 5th for Pickens but the point is still valid. Pickens showed flashes in Pittsburgh but their QB situation really hurt him there. I think the Steelers saw him as a problem child. His talent had nothing to do with it.

But at this point, I don't know how the Cowboys let him get away. He is way more reliable than CeeDee. I actually think the competition with Pickens is hurting Lamb's concentration.

Extend Pickens. Keep Lamb. And Pickens took over WR1 while Lamb was hurt.
