Pickens is embarrassing the Steelers

He did give up a third for a guy on a one year contract. Let’s see how we like it next year if Pickens isn’t here. I honestly don’t think we can afford both. Right now I think Pickens is the better player compared to Lamb.
True, but to be fair if we aren’t able to re-sign him, he will have gotten a contract elsewhere so big, we will likely get a 3rd round comp pick in return.

We should have tried to sign him way early. Now his money goes up every catch. I do not like the celebrating when we are losing. I get it but don’t like it.

The Steelers fans forum and their subreddit get a GP thread going every week. They’re like us. Half of them hate ownership for trading him and half hate him for being a pita and then they fight about it.
I hopped over to their forum, just for fun (only to read)......and yeah......they're not happy about it. Not that I am blaming them. I'd be fired up too. Just nice to see Dallas on the good end of this one.

At this point the Cowboys probably need to seriously think about trading Lamb than allowing Pickens to walk away. Lamb for some reason appears to be losing his 1# receiver status with all the insane dropped passes or the passes that are slipping through his hands. That pass in the 4th quarter that would have put the Boys up by a TD that hit him in the gut was fing mind boggling, it should have never hit the ground!!!!!
No.

He is not embarrassing them. They know how much of a talent he is, they simply didn’t have a QB that could get him the ball. Knowing he was in a contract year, he forced his way out of Pittsburgh to somewhere where he could show off his talent.

Trading Lamb would accelerate his cap hit and Dallas would have to eat about $60 million is dead cap next year.

I was going to say this.

I can understand them wanting to move on, and I can understand it not being a good fit for them anymore.

Same situation with Parsons for me. Yeah he’s playing well, but we needed something different. Some PIT fans gotta be feeling the same way and also thinking “just wait for that over shoe to drop”.

lol most of you fans hated this trade I said it was a great trade got lit up by you guys ! Got called a girl because my Dad named me after Mike Shannon of the Cardinals! I coach for a living got laughed at saying You don’t know talent go do something else ! Well ‍♂️

I have no problem bashing him for his mistakes. So I have to give him credit for what he does right. I’d also say the Micah trade has been huge so far either pitential to really impact this team in coming years
Parsons will lose a step next year. I have a hunch.
