Twitter: Cowboys-Chiefs break TV Viewership Record

Wow!!!
The brand is aging like fine wine....lol
By the way who you think will break the next record.... Just asking

But they predicted that was going to happen and it did i'm more curious on how it stacks up all time against any other event like Super Bowls a World Series you know all the other big games across history this being a regular season game I'm betting it stacks up against some of those games Which is crazy for a regular season game...

We're all about the ratings baby!!!
I know when it is being said by a lot of fans it's looks like a money grab, but you do realize that's how the league survives, they live for these moments, this is how they keep all the big sponsors paying that money to the league, it's how they can increase the salary cap,

so that way we can see a better brand of football to pay more money to the players, it's reciprocal, it matters..

I know people hate Jerry because it's supposed to be more about the game and not money, but it all starts with money without money there is no league, and without more money, there's no growth in the league, this league has been growing every year for a really long time...

That’s a lot of viewers thankfully we won lol. The power Cowboy fans, Taylor Swift fans, Chiefs fans and those who hate the Cowboys, Taylor Swift snd Chiefs lol.
and, The entertainment the halftime show..Post Malone killed it.. I mean that is what the NFL is it's in the entertainment business and the entertainment business is in the making money business it's all reciprocal you have to make money to keep the league relevant imagine how much money they got because they predicted this was going to happen I'm wondering what it costs per minute for all these commercials and what not...

A LOT!. I mean TV money is the biggest driver in how we keep seeing the salary cap go up and up every year which allows players to make more money and we get a better brand of football It's a win win..

If you go by percentage of audience, it is not that huge.

back in the 80's the NFL got a higher percentage of the audience because there was a lot less competition for the entertainment audience.

Great. This gives the higher ups at the controls a reason to gamescript the cowboys into the SB.

Expect the rest of the team's in the NFC playoffs to all lose on phantom sketchy calls.

Once the cowboys get to the SB, the higher ups will have the views. Cowboys may still lose as further punishment to jerry, sorry.

WE ARE AMERICA'S TEAM and the numbers show. Tell me otherwise.
Yeah, there's little doubt numberwise. Other may want to take that title, and if it was based strictly on success, they would deserve it, but Dallas is still the team to watch no matter how bad it has been.

America's Team is both our blessing and our curse. If the team had to be a winner to get those kinds of ratings, there would be reason for the front office to try harder to make the team relevant. But even without success, it doesn't take much to get the spotlight back on Dallas.

As seen by the Kraft comments in another thread, there's a lot of pettiness and jealousy among owners with millions already lining their pockets.
