I know in the NFL player contracts are basically for what they have done and not for what they will potentially provide in the future but this??? 7 games played together is insane. Bland was signed off of 2 years ago, that’s it. Bland didn’t show last season that he was worth the big contract he got, just like this year. Jerry looks at the shiny object, the ONE season with pick sixes…..now if he was a good cover corner.

Awful signing. Showed signs even in his best season of having major flaws in coverage. He was signed for something DBs fail to consistently replicate year after year and that is INTs. also high INTs often, not always, but often means you are being targeted a lot. Eventually those INTs turn into completions.

He used to get a lot of excuses on here. Junk player and seems to be even stupider off the field.

The way Jerry does football business is how he does business in real life, EXCEPT, football isn't real life. In football, star players have all the power. As soon as Diggs saw the way Micah was treated, he was done with Dallas. So if you're under contract, which he'll still be although he's cut, he just facilitated his release.

As a child, you act out until you get what you want since you know the law protects you. But Jerry has NO DIRECTION. He drafts this guy, then this guy becomes a superstar, and oops, I guess I'll cut him now. I can't hire a REAL coach, so let me try hiring a coach who was associated with a mediocre 'ish, popular name from the past in Marty Schottenheimer's son. And I actually kinda like "Schotty", but this is how Jerry thinks.

Since Dak kisses butt so good and puts up "great" FAKE numbers, and although he's limited, and can't take us far in the playoffs, his numbers keep butts in the seats,so... let me sign him to 60 million so that I can't sign any of the superstars I actually drafted. Instead of paying Ware, let me trade him. Instead of paying "insert any name here" let me cut that guy. Seems exceedingly clear Dallas is sending a message this year, and I’m fully in support of it.
