Jerry - Defensive issues this season are not just on DC Matt Eberflus

Worst in the league and back for a 2nd season. What standard are you placing here Jerry? Nolan got sacked after one year but you’ll give Eberflus another chance because he was your hand picked coach?

You won’t remove yourself so Eberflus has to go.
 
My guess is that Eberflus is back but not as a DC. He probably gets a "promotion" to be some sort of defensive advisor and gets an easy job w/ less hours to basically mentor Whitecotton or whoever they choose to promote to DC.

This way Jerry doesn't have to pay Eberflus to sit at home, but also gives the fans an illusion of change.

No its not Executive Chef Eberflus fault 100%

But he refuses to put his best fry cook on the fryer and has him on pantry

No the chefs cant cook well, but the recipe calls for instead of using noodles for Spaghetti Chef Eberflus is asking staff to cut chitterlins small and use them as noodle substitutes

Meanwhile owner and GM Jerry Jones is past his prime still trying run everything and Assistant GM Stephen Jones is being cheap and only having 1 dishwasher while that dishwasher is also the busser and server

So no its not all Eberflus fault but he has a BIG hand in this crap

He's definitely correct He's just being the PC guy right now in public yes Matt Eberflus is not the whole problem there is some roster issues both with training Micah Parsons right before the season having a tremendous amount of injuries a lot of things but I know this he is not hard to come out and say 75% of our problems on defense was Matt in his scheme He doesn't need to say it we all know it but he's also correct 25% of it was spread out over the rest of it...

There's no way he saves his job over the fact that he didn't have Michael Parsons because that's what I'm reading and also for injuries and the roster just didn't fit his scheme well i'm not buying it the man chose not to want to play any other scheme but his own he tried some other things for 1/4 for a half for a game here and there but he revert right back to Cover 3 This no pressure prevent style look then keep breaking breaking and breaking and you know what is to be breaking his ties with the Cowboys..


Matt Eberflus is the face of our Downfall this season regardless if it was all his fault or not he needs to go.

Jerry's usually not PC, but he's being PC in this situation...

He's setting up between the lines to realize we know he's not happy with Matt Scheme his defense or his attitude during the year you can tell..

Isn't that what he said I mean people trying to read between the lines and make Jerry saying something he didn't say no you said it perfectly great analogy jerry realizes that 75% of it is on Matt 25% of it is on the rest but you have to get rid of the main problem right I don't even care if he has it 6040 it's Matt eberfluous is our biggest issue this year and he has to be fired there is no other way around it..

Most of us understand what Jerry man and he's just trying not to dump it all on Matt at a respect for Matt but in the end he knows what needs to be done...
 
At the beginning of the season it was the worst defensive roster in the NFL by far
