I disagree.

Jerry Jones had been wiggling in-between Jimmy Johnson and the camera almost from the very start. Many were wondering why Jerry Jones thought his opinion really mattered when it was nothing more than a poor interpretation of what Jimmy had already said.

The real red flag came when it was discovered that Jerry Jones had secretly taken the title of GM, although he didn't make football related decisions. When confronted by the media he explained that the Cowboys "...have two GMs."

I agree that we saw signs of an egotistical owner. The 500 coaches comment, etc, etc. However; I, in no way, saw three decades of incompetence coming with no SB appearances, much less a championship game.

And we were reminded by Jerry’s #1 son how arrogant they are when Stephen used the “air quotes” sign for what he called the “so called drought”.

One of the most arrogant and tone deaf things I’ve seen in sports. They are so cluelessly arrogant and insulated they just think they’re unlucky. When they are actually unskilled in talent evaluation and cap management, two cornerstones of the modern NFL.

Nothing will ever wake up Jerry Jones. Pretty much, the only scenario for him is to voluntarily return to the owner/head coach dynamic he kept to before the Great Divorce of March 1994.

I was about to say this . Schottenheimer picked his OL Coach a top level College coach and I believe Klayton Adams is a HC hire as was ST .
